It is located 5 minutes from the Clay's Shooting Ball Trap. Arras-Cambrai axis, with the Marquion motorway 5 minutes away (A1 and A26). Close to Douai, Bapaume, and Péronne.

Easy parking on the sidewalk of the house with a local produce grocery store 300 m away.

Located in the courtyard of an active farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai, 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.
