House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1 to October 31: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

La maison se situe sur le même terrain que les propriétaires, qui peuvent ainsi répondre à vos éventuels besoins, tout en vous laissant un espace entièrement privatif. Équipements de base (cafetière, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge…). Deux chambres, salon, coin cuisine, salle de bain, WC, espace extérieur et parking privé fermé. Draps et serviettes fournis.

Votre gîte dispose d'un accès indépendant, une terrasse privative et un accès à la piscine au sel (partagée) et au jardin méditerranéen paysagé (dédié aux guest). Nos gîtes sont climatisés et équipé de TV HD.

Egalement un bon point de départ pour découvrir le vignoble et la route des vins. Commerces dans le village, possibilité d'y aller à pied.
