Mr. Amr is a very kind and respectful person. The place is clean and tidy and enjoys high privacy and very security. I recommend it to families and couples.

The villa was exceptionally beautiful it was as good as we saw in the pictures. Mohammed is the great host and he was too friendly. He helped us with many things one of them was helping us book our desert safari. Whosoever is looking for a homely yet luxurious vibe should go for this villa.

Rooms are very good Reception is very spacious and comfortable Many Bathrooms and very clean Big kitchen Only pool needs more maintenance as well as the backyard We enjoyed our accommodation in this villa

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie zuhause, sehr ruhige Lage. Restaurants und alle möglichen Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ziemlich Zentral in Kairo. Der Gastgeber Ahmed hat alles einfach gemacht, er ist immer erreichbar und hat sich um alles schnell gekümmert. Der Gastgeber und die Unterkunft sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind rund um sehr zufrieden und haben einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt. Danke für alles Ahmed.

My family booked this grand villa for 5+ weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt like home and pictures do not do it justice. Aly and his team are professional, courteous and always available to lend a helping hand. The location is ideal, easy to access and centrally located. There is a super friendly guard available 24 hours a day and it’s very safe for families including children. The villa had every amenity as listed and blazing fast internet. I would highly recommend staying at this house, looking forward to our next visit to Cairo!

The Villa was great, very close to Gate 1 of Madinaty. Great furniture, very spacious, very clean. The host(ess) is gracious, polite and very responsive. Cabinets were stocked with tons of groceries, bathrooms were well stocked with everything including, new toothbrushes, toothpaste, travel slippers, etc. I will definitely stay again here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate, the pool was enjoyed by everyone. The house is large enough to entertain a large group. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Helping us immediately if anything was needed! We will definitely stay here again!

Very good communication with Salah clear instructions. The palace is beyond expectations. Wide rooms plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful. The pool is clean in addition Abdeen takes good care of the garden and the pool with frequent cleaning. Pool maintenance team keeps eye on the cleanness. The cleaners were friendly . I was provided with additional new sheets and towels on request. I got cleaning on schedule. Internet is very good in each section of the Palace. Each of my son’s family felt comfortable with sort of isolation and independence by the way the palace is designed because each of them can have their own flat and private kitchen and bathrooms. The water was hot and good power supply. You can get everything delivered by Talabat from groceries food medicine at any time they reach easily but taxi drivers needs more instructions however I call Abdeen he would give clear instructions and opens the door for the arrival at any time( even late). It's our second time at Amro's beautiful villa, once certainly wasn't enough and we had a great time yet again! The pool is great, kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and although the bed was quite hard it was a time well spent. Hot water is only available in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen but it didn't matter for everyone on a hot summer day. Amro is very responsive and friendly - We'll definitely be coming back!

This house is amazing! One of the most beautiful, fanciest house I've ever been in - even compared to US standards! The pictures don't do it justice. This house makes you feel like royalty. It's almost like a palace. This is the perfect house to relax, enjoy the warm weather and pool, and just get away form it all. We spent a week in a half in Cario and this was a welcome treat to relax for a few days. There isn't much of anything around that can be reached within walking distance so you will have to take that into consideration. Upon arrival, the owners took us to the grocery store so we could stock up however, the owners provided the basics so we really didn't need to purchase much. The only downside is that you will have to Uber if you want to go anywhere. Ubers are readily available in New Cairo, and Cairo in general. I also suggest checking out the City Stairs Mall. It's massive!!!
