This spacious clean villa was way beyond our expectations. It’s located near a grand mall 7 mins /walking distance. Safe and well maintained, gated secure compound. Omar is a fabulous host. Not only was he swift in his responses to any question or concern we had at his lovely place, but also helped us with providing a maid at the last minute when ours got sick, and booked us a bus at a reasonable cost that’s safe and clean for our next excursion! The bedrooms are super clean - with four seasons white cotton linens. Villa is split in two which is awesome for large families or for privacy with large groups. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. We are definitely coming back especially after making a new friend. Thank you to a great host. Great memories indeed 😇

Another great stay at Silver Palm. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location next to O1 Mall with lots of restaurants and cafés. The team was helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is very, very clean, the decor is amazing, the location is excellent, it was a more than wonderful stay, I recommend it to you, one of the most beautiful apartments. if you’re looking for a place in New Cairo, it is the perfect location, as it is close to malls. The apartment is very clean and it has a laundry machine, which I really appreciated. However, be aware that there is no dryer machine. The host Ahmed was kind enough to let me check-in earlier than expected to accommodate my needs, and i’m thankful for that! The only slight con there is is that even though the building is quite easy to find, the unit is not necessarily so obvious to find inside the building, as there is no number on the apartment door, which is something the host should probably consider adding to make it easier for his guests.

I loved staying at Mo’s place, it was exactly like on the picture. A very clean spacious apartment, nicely decorated. I love Maadi and how quiet and welcoming it was. I will come again

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and Mr. Ahmed was very nice and welcoming for our stay. He was very flexible for our check in and check out. That was the best because everyone knows when your long flights lands very early and check in isn’t until 3, it would be a pain. Mr. Ahmed was very nice to let us come early and rest after our flight.

She responded promptly to our inquiries and regularly followed up to ensure everything was going well during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and hassle-free experience in New Cairo.

Maged was a wonderful host, as was his father, Mohy. They made us feel so welcome, and helped when we had a bit of a hiccup with Talabat deliveries. Not only did they have delicious koshari ready for us shortly after arrival, but also helped with groceries, schwarma, and desserts thereafter. Truly going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Samer was an excellent host and his home is beautiful!! He provided exceptional recommendations and was always responsive when I asked for his guidance. The view from his apartment was breathtaking, and everything inside the apartment was perfect; it was very clean, the linens were spotless, and it was spacious. There was a coffee shop across the street, great restaurants and shopping nearby, and transportation was easy to secure from the apartment location. I highly recommend booking Samer's wonderful home!
