João's House - Absolutely facing the sea!

Casa do João is unique, a charm on the island. It attracts the gaze of everyone who passes by… Bucolic, romantic, cozy. It's right on the oceanfront. Just open the gate of the house, take two steps and you can already dive into the warm waters of an almost private beach. The backyard of the house is large, private, all grassy, with flowers, coconut trees and a striking sweet scent that does not leave your memory. We are at Condomínio Mar Doce Lar, on the 2nd beach, close to the best restaurants in Morro, 300 meters from the beach. Our space comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. We have a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room, a futon sofa bed, very comfortable and spacious. The bedroom and living room are equipped with air-conditioning and 4K TV. We have all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, iron and hairdryer. Bed and bath linens are available.

On an island that cars cannot enter, there is a small chalet, close to the beach (3-minute walk) and also close to the village (15 minutes). It is on a cul-de-sac, surrounded by lush vegetation next to a permanent preservation area, with few houses around and where public lighting has not reached (but we put lights on the street). Everything is still rustic! An opportunity for you to explore the richness of the island's ecosystem and enjoy the gentle trails to the beaches of Cueira and Moreré.

It is ideal for individual adventures or couples seeking contact with nature in a unique experience with the local fauna and flora.
