The house is on the beach 300 meters NORTH of Morerè, 700 meters from the tractor point, 6 km south of the small village of Velha Boipeba. It has a beautiful white sand beach in front, protected by the reef, with natural pools. The place is very beautiful and preserved, and the sea is in front of the gate of the 20,000-sq.m private tropical garden. You can go out to one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. It has Wi-Fi. There is a caretaker who can help with the various services, etc. No air-conditioning, it has 3 ceiling fans and some table fans.

The Mandala Suite features a spacious balcony with a hammock and sofa, facing lush nature. It includes a queen-size bed, private bathroom, coffee maker, sandwich press, and ceiling fan. Located just 10 minutes from the village center and 15 minutes from First Beach, our property spans one hectare of gardens and carries over 30 years of history in Morro de São Paulo.
