Appartement non fumeur (3ème étage sans ascenseur - escalier étroit) calme et confortable. Bel emplacement pour rayonner en centre-ville sur une très jolie place. Monuments et commerces à 2 mn à pieds. Nombreux équipements dont climatisation (dans pièce de vie). Linge de lit et serviettes fournis, ainsi que les rudiments de cuisine. Parking sous-terrain payant à 150m (voir "mon logement"), stationnement gratuit en surface à 200m. Nous habitons dans l'immeuble et serons dispos si besoin.

Free parking in front of the Residence. There is no window... only one in the bathroom... but a glass door that you can leave open in summer because it overlooks the garden. Sheets, tea towels and towels are not provided. No stove but a microwave. No wifi
