Tucked away at the end of a charming passage and up a short, very comfortable flight of stairs, our apartment awaits you on the first floor of a beautiful stone building. The 90 m² apartment — 85 m² of which are open to guests — is centered around a peaceful, tree-filled courtyard and a spacious private terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, dinner, or simply unwind. We renovated this apartment as our own home, combining modern amenities with vintage charm. It is fully air-conditioned. The large living and dining room, framed by stunning stone walls, features a sofa, armchairs, a TV (with Molotov and Netflix), a dining table, and a vintage sideboard. The generously sized bedroom is furnished with an antique bed and a spectacular canopy, complete with a premium 140 cm mattress and box spring. Two sets of lamps allow you to adjust the lighting to your mood, and interior shutters block out daylight for restful sleep. A large wardrobe with shelves is reserved for you. The bedroom opens onto a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a sink, tiled in soothing moss-green zellige. The toilet is separate. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and kettle. We love to cook, so you’ll find a wide variety of utensils and all the basic ingredients. The dishes are a mix of vintage flea-market finds and heirloom pieces from our grandmothers. Both the kitchen and living room open directly onto the terrace, which includes a table and chairs, a sun umbrella, and two loungers. Our young plants will be sunbathing with you! You’ll also have the option to work remotely from a small sun-drenched, air-conditioned office that also opens onto the terrace. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer completes the apartment.

A small cozy corner with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

The apartment has a 140x190 bed to accommodate 2 guests. La Treille, is owned by an English family whom also speak Danish and French. We are positioned just 15 minutes from Garon airport and Nimes, with secure parking area. The apartment consists of two elegant twin bedrooms en suite. Fitted kitchen in natural wood leading from the TV. WIFI lounge/dining room.The main entrance in the lounge you can exit into the BBQ, patio area. The pool area is open from May to October .
