Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

This two-bedroom detached cottage has recently been renovated and offers modern and comfortable furnishings. It benefits from a separate lounge / dining area, one large bedroom with a double and single bed and room for a cot plus a smaller secondary bedroom with 2 single beds with built in storage. The fully enclosed and gated south facing garden is a great place to enjoy al fresco dining and has a separate barbecue area and Chimera for those chillier evenings.

The Mediaeval South East Tower of Great Yarmouth's Town Wall sits over 5 floors, bathroom on the basement floor and kitchen on the top floor, it has two bedrooms, one double, one twin, there are also two sofa beds. It is situated in the King Street conservation area and is also within 2 minute walking distance of Gt Yarmouth's Golden Mile. The Tower is furnished in an eclectic manner.
