I and my family, we love staying in Daniel's apartment. the apt is the same as the photos, very clean, organized, practical. The condominium is very good, with a lot of living area, spacious, quiet, safe. Daniel is a great host, very attentive, sympathetic, responds quickly to messages. always helpful in helping. we will return more often to his apt and recommend it.

Hi guys, guys! Our experience was wonderful! Congratulations to Rodrigo for welcoming, sympathy and disposition. It was our first time in Balneário Camboriú, but we already intend to go back. The apartment is very comfortable. Although the ad mentions 3 air conditioners, in reality there are two, plus one fan. However, this did not compromise the air conditioning during our stay. I believe that this information will be adjusted to avoid surprises for the next guests. The structure of the condominium is excellent, exactly as shown in the photos, and live is even more amazing! As a suggestion, I think the check-out time could be at 12:15, since at 10am it ends up being very early and makes it difficult to enjoy the morning.

New, well furnished apartment. The Building is attached to the Balneário Shopping, which brings many amenities. Two large parking spaces, modern building with top quality structure very well maintained and maintained. 900 meters from BR 101, easy access to and from the city. House is beautiful, surrounded by nature. The beach is about 7 blocks away, no problem going on foot. Zilda was very friendly and helpful. He even approached the house to see how we were due to a problem we had with our car, he gave us recommendations to find a mechanical workshop. We hope to come back some day.

The house is new, beautiful, the rooms are very cozy and the showers are great. The kitchen and barbecue faucets are heated. The host Mr. Raimundo always responded quickly, we requested some things that he had not available in the house and he quickly arranged.

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

We went to celebrate my daughter's and my two-year birthday at Beto Carrero and we looked for something that was close and that had a nice structure for us to spend a few days. Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks.
