Puedes acceder a pie a Cala Advocat y Cala Baladrar, dejando tu coche en nuestro parking. Si no tienes coche hay transporte publico que pasa frente a la Villa. A partir de julio 2024 tenemos un nuevo supermercado Aldi a 100 metros!

Cozy apartment with independent entrance- half of the private villa. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Best suits for one couple. Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.

Costa Benisa-Moraira 100 m beach.

Villa Punta Estrella enjoys charming panoramic sea views. It is just 2 minutes on foot from the beach Cala Baladrar and 5 minutes drive from the center of Moraira. There is also a supermarket (Pepe la Sal) just 3 minutes on foot. Private swimming pool, sun beds, outdoor dining area with BBQ, terrace, parking for 2 cars. Location by the sea is great and you can also enjoy a relaxing calm.
