The interior is spacious and comfortable, with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. The outdoor space with a private pool is expansive, lush, and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for family or friends. Cala Morell beach is conveniently nearby and never fails to delight.

Detached house entirely covered in Minorcan stone with all comforts with 2 double bedrooms , bathroom, living room and large kitchen. Fresh and large patio overlooking 500 mk. of garden and very enjoyable private pool. Charming view of the sea which is a few meters away from the villa a few meters away from the villa. Numerous white sand beaches easily reachable on foot. The village of Calan 'Bosh can always be reached on foot with many bars, shops and restaurants.

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.
