The house is located in the village, a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, within a quiet and peaceful residence with a tennis court and a communal swimming pool. Arranged on 2 levels: upstairs, the sleeping area with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom/shower; on the ground floor the living area with living room, kitchenette and a bathroom/shower. Outdoor terrace with panoramic view and barbecue. The house is air-conditioned only in the sleeping area.

A home built in the 80s by Italian agronomists who planted a beautiful garden adorned with cedar, olive, and rose pepper trees. What stands out the most however is dining in our courtyard under a beautiful lemon tree.
