Monthly Rentals in Cala Clara

Beautiful, bright, spacious, quiet apartment in a top location. Direct view over the sea. Large balcony with well-appointed furniture. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with sea views. Good restaurants in the surrounding areas. Parking right behind the house. A car is necessary, otherwise you can hardly get anywhere. Small village, but nice. Right next door, there is a Spar for shopping. We would leave again anytime.

Our stay in Cala Sant Vicenc was perfect, due to the wheather but also to our temporarily 'house'. It's situated in a quiet neighbourhood with shops, public transport and a nice 'cala' within reach. There's enough space for three persons, each having his/her own bedroom. The outside shower is a bonus which was often used to get some refreshing. In the kitchen, it's possible to cook all you want. The only thing is, that the local stores have a limited range of food-items. So, to to some real 'haute cuisine' cooking, you'll have to get your groceries elsewhere. The washing machine and dryer allowed me to bring less cloths so I traveled 'light'. What stroke me with regards to the surroundings was the level of decency, compared to our situation at home where things are quite noisy, crowded and criminal. In CSV I felt that I could leave my gear on the beach, go for a swim and return with all still in place. Cati was very responsive and nice. All in all, a very nice place to come back to!!

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Sant Vicenç! The apartment was perfect for two couples, with two bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and we were just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach. The place had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking, and access to a nice pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to relax and enjoy Mallorca. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.
