Se encuentra muy bien localizado y comunicado al estar en una zona tranquila a la vez que cerca de los principales lugares y playas para visitar en Menorca. La parada de autobús está al lado al igual que hay parking gratuito en las inmediaciones. Es un apartamento de un dormitorio , con cocina equipada con todos los utensilios para cocinar y gran terraza en donde poder comer o cenar al aire libre antes de ir a la playa ,de excursión o visitar el centro histórico de Ciudadela entre otras cosas.
