Villa holiday rentals in Cala en Porter

Our stay was just what we needed. The house is perfect. Very clean, roomy with many diffrent bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate different configurations or adults and kids and multiple families. The villiage is more for hotel guests and focused on tourists with some amenities and limited restaurants outside the hotels but there are lots of places within 15-30 mins driving to explore and the benefit is you are right at the beach!

This ground floor flat was absolutely perfect with young children. The astroturf in the garden meant easy for little ones to run around and they have lots of toys to play with. All the amenities you would need for a baby too. The pool has three sections for babies, young children and adults. A lovely walk to the marina and beach, All flat so our 4yr old could walk it. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We thought it was a great base and would absolutely go back when visiting Menorca again.

We had a great week at Joan's place. Walkable to the coast to watch the sunset, walkable to the Cap D'Artrutz lighthouse which has fabulous food and sunset views. Close walkable small supermarkets for basic food nearby. If you need a larger selection or meat, fish to grill for dinner- the best place is the hipermercado about 10 min drive toward Ciutadella. Best place for Ham and Cheese and Ensaimadas : El Paladar Shop near the hipermercado. Lots of close by activities- beaches, kayak rentals, Lithica stone quarry, Ciutadella, Prehistoric sites- all within 10-30 min drive. Beautiful vineyard (Sant Patrici) where we did a wine and cheese tasting in Ferries (about 30 min) from house. Two close by beaches: Cala Bosch and Cala Xoriguer )<10 min drive). Relaxing backyard with pool, grill, and great place to unwind after a day of activities. Comfortable beds, fabulous renovated bathrooms, AC in all rooms. Washer available and clothes drying rack which is very helpful.

A little paradise ! We loved our stay in this peacegul heaven. Everything was perfect, the view, the place, the decoration, the amenities. Perfect size for a group or two couples and kids. I definitely want to come again.

We stayed at Oscar’s place for a week in May. The villa was in a fantastic location. It was just a 10 minute walk to a beautiful local beach. There were many other beaches within easy reach by car. The villa was a lovely space. Bright and airy. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, which was very peaceful. We spent many evenings listening to the birds. My daughter enjoyed finding the tortoises in the garden. We would highly recommend Oscar’s villa and we would definitely return.

We were a family of 9 adults. Villa Rosa was perfect for us. The house and pool area was brilliantly arranged for relaxing and chilling out. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything, it was like a home from home. There was plenty for us to do. We had a superb meal at La Calita at Biniancolla, the setting is stunning. We also had a lovely boat trip with Alan and Black Lizard tours. He even took us to the lighthouse! Mahon and Cuitadella didn't disappoint and coming home to Villa Rosa made the holiday for us. Ein wundervolles Haus, toll eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht, inklusive einer Anlage die Trinkwasser filtert, was super praktisch war. Die Betten waren super gemütlich, der Pool war klasse und die Küchen Einrichtung perfekt! Es ist super ruhig und trotzdem zu Fuss in 5mn vom schönen Badestrand, einem Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants entfernt. Mit dem Auto sowieso perfekte Lage zur Erkundung der Insel.

Fantástica casa en zona tranquila cerca de Ciudadela y de las principales calas de Menorca. Davide muy bien Anfitrión siempre pendiente y con indicaciones muy buenas.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El lugar es muy tranquilo , un entorno precioso al lado del mar, cerca de Mahón y de Sant Luís. La casa es muy grande y bonita , tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Está muy bien equipada para pasar unas cómodas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. La piscina y la zona ajardinada es muy bonita. Montserrat estuvo atenta y respondió rápidamente a nuestras preguntas.

We had a fabulous stay in Villa Calma, Adriana and Kass were the perfect hosts! They accommodated us with an early checkin as we were travelling with a baby, the directions and google link took us straight there, the villa was so comfortable and suited our needs perfectly, the sunset from the balcony every night was amazing and the pool and garden were fantastic. We were welcomed with a bottle of fizz too! A great stay so thank you very much Dri and Kass, I’m sure we will be back to stay in your lovely villa.

Booked this villa based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint. Very comfortable house, well equipped with lovely large pool. The bedroom we side was spacious and comfortable and the family bathroom had a good walk-in shower. Comfortable lounge, though we spent most time outside. Good choice of outdoor seating (comfy sofas, dining table with reclining chairs (under canopy if needed) and dining area at rear which was very quiet and lovely to eat at in the evenings). The location is generally very peaceful, and within 10 minute walk of lovely beach, bar, and several good restaurants. There is also a great bakery and a small supermarket (there is a large Eroski supermarket in Sant Louis, about 10-15 minutes drive away). Communication with Christoph (owner) and Imma (local property manager) was excellent throughout the booking process and our stay, and they were very responsive when we needed them to be. Overall, would strongly recommend both the location and this villa.

We had a great stay at Maria's villa. The pool was bigger than usual for a villa with plenty of space to relax around it. We visited in the May half-term and the unheated pool was plenty warm enough for swimming. There's an absolutely incredible small cove, just down the steps out the back garden of the property leading to a tranquil oasis where there is a small sandy beach and are many sunbathing spots on flat rocks with ladders into the sea. Our kids really loved exploring this and spotting fish and jumping in. There's a huge hotel unfortunately placed blocking any sea view at the villa, but no noise from it at all. Lots of shops, bars and even a waterpark in walking distance so very convenient for a family stay. The villa was extremely spacious and very clean and we enjoyed cooking bbqs many nights and eating on the terrace. A lovely property and extremely responsive host. Thanks for making our holiday a great one!

Lovely Villa and great location! Scott was a really great host, he provided loads of information and recommendations, was responsive and helpful whenever we needed. We had an amazing weekend, there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a close walk too. Looking forward to staying again soon!!

We had a wonderful week away. A gorgeous villa in a great location. The views were unbelievable from the balcony and pool area. Great amenities such as football table, pool and a welcome basket with all the basics we needed and just a lovely short walk to the local shops, the beach, bars and restaurants. 100% would recommend

Private villa with great layout, comfortable and practical. It was great to have our own heated pool with beautiful views. Great communication with the owner. Any issues were resolved by the staff right away.

Casa bellissima, con esterno incredibile. C’è molta pace e la zona è molto tranquilla. Piscina davvero bella e zona esterna davvero perfetta. All’interno c’è tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno a 5 stelle. Alain molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio molto!

A beautiful private villa quiet location but only less than 10 minute walk to restaurants and supermarkets a little further to the beach but we had a car. Villa clean and well equipped pool crystal clear and pool man came twice in the week. Pretty beach nearby but also recommend Son Bou beach only 20 minute drive. Gurbia very helpful host and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Jose e Marinella sono host davvero fantastici. Sinceramente tra i migliori mai conosciuti nei miei viaggi in giro per il mondo. Sono molto amichevoli e disponibili nel dare informazioni preziose per godersi Minorca. La casa è ancor più bella che in foto. Spazi ben organizzati e cura nei dettagli, la piscina è molto curata e pulita come tutta la casa. Tornerò sicuramente!

All communications with Ron were answered quickly quickly and very helpful check in was quick and easy. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and tidy, the pool is a great size and the pictures don't do it justice, the villa has everything you need for our stay and a lovely bbq. The walk into cala is only 10-15 minutes and has some great places to eat, I think we tried a different one each night. Can't wait to come back to your villa Ron and you for being such a host it was much appreciated 😃😀
