This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

We had a great stay at Paolo’s accommodation. It is very spacious and clean and the garden is beautiful. The two dogs are very friendly and the cats as well. My son had a dip in the swimming pool which was still quite cold in the beginning of may, but that wouldn’t hold him back. In the garden there are several spots where you can relax. Also the view from the top terras is beautiful. For cooking we also used the BBQ outside. If you want to go out a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a walk to the nearest restaurant or supermarket (would not recommend).

Marion was the perfect host, responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We fell in love with the villa at first sight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful, spacious property. The beach with its white sand and crystal clear water are about a 7 minutes walk from the villa. Marion helped us with local recommendations and we've had a wonderful time in Torre delle Stelle and surroundings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We had a great time in Vilasimius and enjoyed our stay here a lot. It’s a very nice apartment in a great location. Yet the apartment was a bit smaller than expected.

We felt very comfortable. The house was extremely well equipped and had everything you could want. The house and the land were very well maintained. We really appreciated the fact that the place was a little isolated in the countryside (but everything was easily accessible by car and quickly downtown or the various beaches) and was quiet. Also, there were no direct neighbors during our stay. The house was very well equipped with various cleaning tools. The conversation with Manuela via mobile was simple and respectful. Our dog was also welcome to the house. The garden was fenced and there were bowls for the dog. We would book a stay at Villa Lú again at any time!

What a lovely stay. Giulia, Lorenzo and their very sweet family are fabulous hosts. They were really welcoming at check in and had plenty of tips… the house is very spatious and cool with a good outdoor veranda for eating on. They also leant is beach stuff and a phone charger we forgot to bring. (And then they were so kind and relaxed when we accidentally packed it with us when we left- oops!) Will come back!

I stayed a week with my boyfriend in one of Massimo's apartments and we were very impressed by the functionality and cleanliness of the house (which is equipped with all the useful appliances!😌). The accommodation is in a strategic location, which has allowed us to drive to the most beautiful beaches between Costa Rei and Villasimius (10/20 min away). Max's welcome was very warm, already from the day of arrival, and he was a kindness of other times, always ready to recommend the best solutions, suggest places, let us taste typical things...and what was even more valuable allowed us to explore the surroundings and observe the local fauna up close! (Deer, hares...😍) Another moment that I will take to my heart is that of aperitifs at sunset, in the company of Max's two cats 🐈 in the silence of unspoiled nature around! We recommend this experience to everyone, we hope to come back soon, sure to find a friend's hospitality ❤️

Great stay in the middle of nature and close to the beaches (10 to 15 minutes by car).

The garden/yard is fantastic. It made the space truly remarkable. I hope to stay here again when I come back.

Property is as described and seen in photos. The only drawback, the shower cabin is very small. The way to the beach is 5 minutes down a flight of stairs quite a few steps. But you can also walk down the street. The view is magnificent, the beach fantastic, fine sand, clear great water

I usually don't write reviews but Sebastiano's and his wife's house is out of this world! It actually is way better than on photos! House provides complete privacy and also openness for outdoor activities. Architecture of this house is thought thru to the tiniest details and its just pure pleasure to just spend time in the house and pool while the weather hot like hell outside :) Sebastiano was great host! He provides us with great tips for restaurants and sight seeing on this beautiful island and his reactions in case we needed something were instant. I cannot remmed more to visit this heaven island and stay in their awesome villa. Thank you so much for having us ;) we will be back!

Our stay chez Joanne was phenomenal! It was everything expected for our honeymoon. Through out the whole process Joanne was ALWAYS, available, responsive and so very attentive! We felt right at home! It is the first Airbnb I’ve been that has ALL the amenities (even ones I didn’t even think she’d had, she did!). Joanne made our stay even more special, by providing clear instructions (video and written instructions and help when we needed). Joanne is the sweetest, we received so much help when we arrived so late at night due to our flight, help when our flight changed and help even when we needed to rent our car! The view was spectacular waking up to it everyday made our stay so special, having the beach so near was phenomenal. The place is private and enclosed, we felt very safe! Thank you Joanne you are the best host.

We had a lovely stay, the villa was good for our needs as it had everything we needed. It is very close to the beach and it's easy enough to get into Villasimius using the summer bus. Beds could be a bit more comfy and cleaning & linen fees are a bit high, but all in all we were very happy and would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic time in this dream villa! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The large pool was one of the highlights - ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The outdoor kitchen, the comfortable beds and the quiet location also made our stay exceptional. The host is very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay - the property has everything (and more) you'd like to have...incredibly friendly and super communication throughout. A really pleasant and very liveable property where you feel right at home. The proximity to the beach is convenient - and with a toddler, the fine white sand with a gently sloping beach is superb. And, as one should explore other beaches around the area, the property is a short drive to a number of equally picturesque beaches.

We loved staying at the villa. Check-in/ check-out and communication with the host worked very well. We smelled the villa on the day of arrival, which was extremely accommodating. The house beach is beautiful with crystal blue water and can be reached by foot in two minutes. When we froze on the first night and turned to the host, we were brought two blankets the same day. The villa is rather off the beaten path so a car is almost a must. But everything can be reached tiptop with this. The villa is very nice and also practically furnished, it looks like the pictures. However, you should not be very afraid of small crawling friends (lizards and gekkos), as they also find their way into the interior of the villa;)

A very practical house for 2 couples or a family with children, and an ideal setting to enjoy the sea.
