The place is cozy and clean, though there were tiny insects, which I think should be under the building management’s maintenance because the unit itself is clean. Thanks for the host for making the place a child friendly.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

This visit was the third time at South of Market residences. Baguio Casa stands out as the best of them in terms of comfort and layout. The bed and sofa were most comfortable; appliances worked flawlessly. Plenty of spare towels provided, and ample soap/shampoo/conditioner if needed. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Great value for the money!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house is clean, cozy, and super aesthetic, exactly what I was looking for. The big balcony and relaxing view were total highlights, perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Ms. Nancy was very responsive, and Ms. Levy was incredibly accommodating. Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place! She was very welcoming and even greeted us personally when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

The place is very nice and family friendly. Location is very private and walking distance from the beach. We had a great time here with my family. Kuya (The Caretaker) really took good care of us. We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. We had a great time staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing collection of board games—perfect for relaxing nights in and lots of laughs with friends or family. Had a great 3 months here. Bi weekly cleaning. Host was extremely nice and helpful made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely best Airbnb I have stayed in for the Philippines. Of course I still think it’s overpriced for the size and location of the unit. I’d still give it a 10/10 though. Thanks for the stay .

Good location. Nearby stores and just a walk away from my family’s residence. Accommodating and responsive host. Guards and crew are nice and friendly. I am very thankful when Ms Peach accept our reservation in a short notice at the Tempus cafe at 6th floor for our family christmas dinner. Overall it’s a great place and stay. Nice view and quiet place. You can walk around the area safely even at night. I can recommend it to my friends and families. I will book again. Thank you to our hosts!!

Overall, the room was comfortable and received positive feedback. While there was no dishwashing liquid provided, this is just a minor note for improvement and not a complaint. The location is great — very near to places to eat and hang out. I will definitely stay at this place again.

i loved the layout of the furniture and how owners carefully planned out how the room will turn out. it's very spacious and we got everything we need. they also provided clear instructions how to check in and out and were clear also of their house rules. my son especially loved the bed above the living room. thank you for a wonderful stay. we loved how it's across uptown and mitsukoshi malls where we planned to explore.

Our stay for two nights felt like home. Upon entering the room it was so clean even the bathroom, the air condition was on, the place smells good, there are complementary water and goodies and there are extra linens and towels too. The owner&staff are very accommodating. What you see is what you get. 👍👍👍 very nice, cozy and clean place. 👍👍 👍 we did CLAYGO (kakahiya mang iwan ng dumi sa linis ng place hehe😅)

The apartment was great and clean. We liked😊 it very much.🙏 The communication was very good. She was very eager to answer every question. The location is very good because everything is nearby. Shopping and some food no problem. Definitely a clear recommendation from me😁✌️

I will definitely book this place again when the need arises - very clean space; has complete amenities; host is very accommodating and respectful; location is conveniently closed to mall and public transport; price is the most affordable i've seen compared to other units in the same condo/area.
