Beachfront holiday rental in Calambrone

It was a great place to stay!, super clean, we even got to drink some great coffee that the owner thoughtfully left!, We will always come back!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Ottima la posizione dell'alloggio vicino al mare ed alla passeggiata. Ottima la pulizia. Eleonora è molto simpatica, gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Das Haus von Gaia ist bezaubernd. Es ist liebevoll, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut: man ist in 2min am Strand und kann viele Städte in der Nähe besuchen. (Pisa 30min, Florenz 90min) Gaia hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns mit Leckereien begrüßt. Wir konnten flexibel auschecken. Den Lärm der Hauptstraße hört man sehr. Den Außenbereich konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil zu viele Mücken unterwegs waren.

Excellent accueil, tjs réactif. Nous avons apprécié le logement avec la vue sur la montagne alpi apuane. Calme et proche des commodités et de la mer. Gare de train également mais il faut la voiture. Nous étions en WE pour les 5 terres : magnifique !

Miejsce godne polecenia, czysto, schludnie. Komunikacja z Riccardem bardzo dobra, odpowiadał na pytania, zarekomendował kilka fajnych miejsc. Blisko plaża. Apartament w cichym miejscu. Pobyt znakomity.

Era meraviglioso 🤩 il appartamento è perfetto e ci siamo sentiti molti a nostro agio nell’ bellissimo appartamento- Dimitry e molto simpatico. E stato molto accomodante e ha trasportato i nostri bagagli per noi. Ci è piaciuto molto e torneremo di nuovo- grazie mille 🙏🏼

Fabiola ist eine tolle, sehr sympathische und freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt benötigt! Es gab sogar ein Frühstücksarrangement, mit dem wir überhaupt nicht gerechnet haben. Wir sind sowohl von Fabiola als auch der Wohnung sehr begeistert und werden bei Gelegenheit gerne wiederkommen. Zwei Dinge, die man wissen muss: 1. die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist eigentlich nur für kleine Fahrzeuge gut geeignet. Dennoch hat es Fabiola geschafft, uns selbst mit unserem großen Touareg ohne Probleme zum Parkplatz zu lotsen! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür! 2. die Deckenhöhe im oberen Schlafzimmer ist etwas niedrig. Größere Menschen sollten also etwas aufpassen, um sich nicht den Kopf zu stoßen. Fazit: es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und wir können Sie jedem sehr empfehlen!

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour. La vu magnifique, la plage privé et acces residentielle a fait oublié que la connexion wifi ne marchait pas. Beaucoup de vent donc on na pas trop profitez de la terrasse mais vu le prix cetait tres correcte. Vaisselle un peu ébréchés mais tout etait correctement utilisable. La machine a cafe italienne top. Par contre l'adresse donnée n'était pas la bonne on nous a dit de nous rendre au 48 alors que C'était au 74 , car le 48 correspond au numero au dessus de la porte dans la grande residence. Nous avons fait patienté notre hôtes. Merci a elle pour sa patience super accueil de sa part. Tres disponible

Ilaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ihre Wohnung ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen, der tolle Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tips für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar.

This is an amazing place- great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach, with own shaded space reserved. The pool was also lovely and facilities great. Pietro was always on hand to help us and answer any enquiries. He kindly booked us taxis and was always very friendly.

Gianfranco ist wirklich ein wundervoller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und mit Rat und Tat dabei. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top, direkter Strandzugang, privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. War ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Marco a été très accueillant. Le logement est neuf et magnifiquement aménagé avec un soin pour les détails rare. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions pour nous accueillir : boissons fraîches,, café, prosecco et surtout des magnifiques citrons !!

By far the best air bnb I’ve stayed in. A totally idyllic place. Spacious and stylish. Stunning view from sun terrace and outdoor dining. Really enjoyed swimming in the cove. So easy to catch ferry to cinque terre and lerici has a lovely harbour and restaurants. Easy drive to pisa. Cannot recommend enough.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Really beautiful property in great location. Has everything you could need. We had great local tips and they were so responsive even when we had an issue late at night.

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Siamo tornati a casa Levante per la seconda volta ed è stata una garanzia! Federica è stata gentilissima e disponibile come sempre e la casa era provvista di tutto il necessario e ancor di più, libri per i più piccoli, giochi per la spiaggia, insomma qualsiasi cosa! Abbiamo trovato pulizia ed ordine e in cucina ogni confort necessario (cialde caffè, olio, sale, zucchero, pastiglie per il lavastoviglie.. anche i piattini in gomma per i nostri bimbi!) Se fosse possibile dare più di 5 stelle, Casa Levante le meriterebbe tutte, una garanzia!
