In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. Apartment in the city centre, easy access to the beach, terrasse with view on the port entrance and private parking. Ideal for couples and families. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. I am looking forward to my next guests!

We have recently totally renovated this luxury apartment that enjoys a perfect location, just 100 meters from the Poetto beach. The interiors were refurbished with wooden floors and brand new furniture from the best italian designers. The kitchen is modern, with an island where you will face the beach. The living room is luminous, has a tulip saarinen table and chairs, 2 quiet bedrooms face to the lagoons. the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful poetto beach at its best

A spacious sleeping area features a comfortable bed dressed in white linens, accompanied by neatly arranged towels. Soft wall colors complement the wooden flooring. Ambient lighting emanates from wall sconces, and a closet is visible in the background, creating an inviting environment.
