Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. We had a fantastic holiday! The apartment was very clean and suitably furnished. We liked the two balconies best, so we always had a warm and a cool place to be outside. We really liked the proximity to the beautiful beaches! Enrico was very helpful with questions. Overall, a wonderful holiday in the dreamlike Sardinia!

We visited Porto Paglia in May, outside the high season, and we were extremely satisfied. The whole area is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and fragrant nature, beautiful sunsets and completely empty beaches. If you are looking for a quiet and pleasant environment right by the sea, then this place is absolutely great in May. The accommodation is well equipped and clean. The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great position to visit the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Massimo is super nice and accommodating. He was always available and quick to respond. Everything is very straightforward. Location is quiet. The place has everything you need and has plenty of space. We were there with 4 adults and 5 kids and the space was completely adequate. We enjoyed using the spacious barbecue. There are outdoor showers and a private pool. There is also enough space for the kids to play outside in the garden. The nearest small beach is within walking distance. A slightly larger beach with beach bar is available in Porto Pino, about 5 minutes by car. We loved it. Clear recommendation 🥰

The house is really very, very nice, very welcoming and equipped with all the comforts. Graziella is also very helpful, very kind and even allowed us to stop a little more than the scheduled time. From the house the sea is very close, unfortunately we could not go for our own reasons but the vacation was still very pleasant. The top is the view from the garden: there is no better thing to dine in front of a sunset on the sea or having lunch in front of the sea... we will be back!

The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

Elena's home is as described, cozy and quiet. The apartment is a few minutes from the historic center, it is equipped with everything you need for a good stay and the cleanliness is impeccable. Mrs. Elena was very kind, she welcomed us and met our requests.

Andrea was immediately very courteous and helpful. The accommodation was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and the amenities offered (the only "mole", if we really want to find one, is the lack of a dishwasher). The enviable and priceless location: going to Porto Pino beach on foot was the non plus ultra! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.

We could have spent the whole vacation on the terrace with the wonderful view over the mountains and the sea. The house offers everything we could have wished for. But of course we were on the go a lot. Wonderful beaches can be reached within a few minutes by foot, beautiful hikes, short or long, possible without a car, simply fantastic. Good restaurants, also within walking distance, and a bar where many Sardinians seem to spend half the day, just two corners away. If you stay with Mauro, you're doing everything right!
