The villa is located directly on the sand ( 8 meters from the water ) direct access to the sea.It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area with kitchenette and large terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for couples , nature lovers and tranquility. Unique house for location in the whole coast of Gonnesa. ATTENTION: not recommended for those who have walking problems due to the position on the sea which is reached with a walking path of 100 meters uphill.

Apartment 100m from the sea in Calasetta

Our apartment is located in Calasetta a 2-minute walk from Sotto Torre beach. It has a beautiful sea view from the main windows and balconies. In addition, the location is also ideal for walking to the city center as it is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Given the recent events due to Covid-19 we made sure to: always prepare at least 3 days between each stay. Access to the house is via safe deposit box.

Every detail of the house has been taken care of and sought after in time so you can enjoy the most total relaxation. Complete with every accessory. The staircase is modern, you have to be careful with the children, we do not want to block with" not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing alfresco dinners.
