Come sit on our front porch!,,easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a few blocks from St Lewis , great area for morning or evening walks. This house has recently completed renovation. Fresh smelling non smoking clean property! Beautiful hard wood floors, new central air and heat, new appliances ( gas stove, over the range microwave,refrigerator,stackable washer and dryer ). Fully furnished, wt two queen beds and sectional leather sofa. Master bath has walk in shower!

This pet friendly house with many amenities is close to everything including downtown! 3 bdrm home that sleeps 6; has a huge back yard, is within walking distance to grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and shopping. Close to both Lake Charles Hospitals, McNeese State University, and close to Prien Lake Park which has a boat ramp. We booked this Airbnb with Regina. It was very easy booking. Great communication. Great information sent to us. Regina is an amazing host. Very responsive. This Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was VERY clean. It was SPOTLESS. Very spacious. It smelled and looked like it was brand new. It's a VERY safe neighborhood, which was important to use because we had 4 ladies staying for a girls' trip weekend getaway. We felt very safe. Great location near eating places, shopping, casino and park. Lots of entertainment. Our stay was so peaceful. We slept like a baby. It felt like home. We will definitely be reserving this Airbnb again. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay for a group. There is so much to do on the property that you never have to leave. Some of the house is dated but take a look at the family photos inside and the nostalgia will hit you like a ton of bricks. We all said that it made us feel like we were at our grandmothers and made us feel right at home. Our group LOVED this place. We will definitely be back!

Kathy was a great host! The floor plan and backyard area are spacious. She is generous with the little extras that can be found in the home and available for your convenience and enjoyment. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away.
