House on the Port

A typical fishermen's house, independent and directly overlooking the port of Pesaro, one of the most characteristic areas of the city. Close to the equipped and free beaches of the waterfront and Baia Flaminia, the station, the center and the San Bartolo natural park. Located on two floors, it can accommodate up to four people, with two single beds or a double of choice and sofa bed. Free public parking is available in front of the house and in all the surrounding streets.

La Canocchia - House on the harbor

La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the port. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and master bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euros/person/day to be paid on site).

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
