Diego & Alicia's place was lovely - spacious and with amazing views of the city. Everything was as described apart from the jacuzzi which is out of order. Diego & Alicia made everything very easy, check in was with the doorman who were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay!

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

Overall good value here. Good host who was responsive. Beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable from a Canadian perspective. The rocking chairs were uncomfortable and awkward. Internet was fine. Location is good enough. It's about a 15 minute walk to the city square. The kitchen was really well equipped. The bathrooms are very tight. If you are a taller or bigger person this will be difficult. I would recommend a stay here.

Great location, worth the money, great service, and a grear environment

Charles and his team were incredibly helpful. I asked for cleaners and hook ups for my computer to the TV. I also asked many other piece of advice and they could not have been nicer. The property itself is in a wonderful area close to everything in Medellin. It’s a good thing about the property is that it is not in the center where it’s too busy. It’s a five minute cab ride to anything so it’s still somewhat peaceful. The restaurant downstairs you can order food to the room. The gym is excellent. There’s also a spa on site which was really good. The people at the front desk were really nice and very helpful also. I felt safe because of the 24 hour security. I recommend Charles apartment very highly.

This was my second time being able to book Ignacio’s place and it was not a disappointment yet again. We enjoyed this bachelor trip and we were thankful for the hospitality that was provided to us.

One of the most charming places we have ever stayed—just as lovely as the photos, and the host went above and beyond for us, keeping our luggage both before our check-in and after our check-out so that we could walk around the area more easily. Fantastic, walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and accessibility to the Metro.

This place was fine for me and my.friends to stay for our trip. They were redoing the sidewalk so I am sure that will be a plus when finished. If you do not mind using stairs, than it is fine.

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

Loved the place. Great amenities and easy access to food, shopping, and nightlife. Shoutout to the team as well, everyone is great and extremely helpful for whatever you need!

Remember that this is Medellín's cool place to be, so expect lots of music on weekends. I arrived on a late night Friday & the music was blasting from a night club that can be seen from the balcony. Gave me tonnes of happy Colombian energy, so happy. Everything is within walking distance. Just a block away from where all tours depart is El Poblado Park, surrounded with many restaurants. Next to the building is 1 & a bakery accross the street both 24hrs. Provenza is the party late night town only 12-18mns walk. Super safe but always be mindful. Like any town, expect harmless homeless people on the streets. Just 3 blocks away is a cheaper supermarket. Aura surprised me with coffe, tea, sugar, salt, shampoo/conditioner, etc. I am a leader of a high-end accommodation industry & have travelled lots, too. AURA has over exceeded as the best host I've ever met in this world. Not only is she the most caring person with attention to detail but I can also say that I've made a new friend! 100%+

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. There were a few issues on this visit but all the issues were corrected Melissa is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. We will return to the condo in the future she is a pleasure to deal with very friendly. Thank you Melissa for your hospitality.

The location of this unit cannot be beat, and the terrace is delightful. A caution to anyone 6'3" or taller that the bed is a bit small for someone who is really tall.
