House holiday rentals in Calderdale

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Had a long weekend here for my partners birthday. The home was amazing and Angela and the team put lovely finishing touches to the house for us and such a short walk into the middle of Holmfirth, we definitely plan on coming back again and would definitely recommend there is so much to do within such a short radius Thank you again

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

2nd time we’ve been here as a group of ageing Dad’s getting away for a weekend together - and for the 2nd time it’s been exactly what we’ve wanted - we will be back again for certain

Comfortable and cosy cottage, and lots of space to host 8 people. We loved the living room in particular! Worth noting wifi isn’t included but can be purchased fairly inexpensively. The cottage is on a holiday park with a shop, pub and helpful people on site should you need any help. Recommend!

Heather cottage is a gorgeous little place, exceeds expectations from the pictures! We had a 5 night stay for our 4th wedding anniversary. Amanda had left us a lovely welcome gift which was really sweet. The cottage is nicely decorated with nods to the Brontes' and the log burning fire was stacked ready to light, which we did on night 2! Many places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk including artisan/gift shops to indulge yourself, which we did! At the the weekend there was the Haworth Haddock steam train event, with fish&chips served on board, a drinks carriage and live music at Keighley Station which we enjoyed! Theres plenty to see or do in the surrounding area of Bronte villiage. We'll definitely be going back to Heather Cottage! Thanks again Amanda.

Kelly was fantastic from the moment we booked to after we left, ensuring we knew exactly how to find the property. When we told her we would be arriving very late she also kindly popped in to turn the lights on for us!

Lorraine and Stuart’s place was impeccable- they had obviously put in a lot of effort and attention to detail as hosts and their place was perfect for us. They were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone wanting to explore the stunning countryside and areas of interest.

What a find Zoe’s place was! We will most certainly be back. Such a stunning property with everything you need. From the idyllic location to the home comforts and seeeeriously comfy beds, we truly had a wonderful time here and look forward to visiting again sometime soon in the not too distant future hopefully, subject to availability of course. What a beautiful stay! The cottage is surrounded by green with beautiful landscape out every window. You can hear the river through the bedroom windows - so relaxing. It’s a gorgeous walk into Hebden Bridge; the other way stunning trails up to Hardcastle Crags and Gibson Mill. The cottage is super well set up for post-walk relaxing, with everything you need in the kitchen, lots of cozy seating in the living room, and am amazing great big bath. Ashley is an incredible host and has thought of everything, so friendly and helped make sure we were getting the most out of our stay and the special events on in Hebden Bridge. To top it all off, a fabulous basket of homemade goodies was waiting for us on arrival. I couldn’t recommend Kindness Cottage more.

Really enjoyed my three night stay at Calder Cottage. It was very pleasant. The cottage was clean and the host's were friendly and helpful. It was perfect. Thanks again Angelique and Wayne. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sowerby Bridge.

Beautiful cottage on the steps of national trust park and V close to hebden bridge. A most comfortable retreat. Clean and fresh. A cosy place to stay and the perfect host 💯

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

Myself and my partner stayed at The Coach House this week, and had a lovely time! It’s in an ideal place to walk to the shops or town centre easily, very clean and comfortable, and Simon was responsive and very friendly. We had a great time and hope to visit again, especially if any more concerts pop up! Highly recommend staying here! :)

thoughtful amenities, responsive host, beautiful location with loads of nearby walking paths. Walking distance to shops, center of town, restaurants. A helpful and responsive host who made us feel welcome and at home in her cozy cottage and even gave us delicious treats!

Lovely house - tastefully decorated and comfortable, very clean. Well equipped kitchen (although we ate out for most meals other than breakfast!). Great location ! Thank you for sharing your house :-)

Thank you for an absolutely lovely stay, it was the perfect getaway! The surroundings are beautiful, and the flat was exactly as we wanted it to be - also the fan came in handy with this heat! - everything we needed was accessible and the communication was fantastic, and a nice easy check in! Would definitely recommend to others as a place to stay whilst visiting Hebden Bridge! Thank you!

Almost too much communication beforehand and all felt automated rather than personal. Be aware that the internal stairs are steep. All very clean but decor rather dated, though I gather that is quite typical for Hebden.

What a wonderful find. Francesca's house was spotless, beautifully furnished and decorated and well equipped for all our needs. The area is lovely with walks along the canal just a few minutes from the door. When we had an enquiry, Francesca responded within minutes. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you!
