By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

The house is located 15 km from Bologna, along a dirt road connected to a CAI path and numerous other routes to be done on foot or by mountain bike. The climate is mild, there is a lot of silence. If you love sports and the outdoors, it's ideal for you! Remember that to reach the house you need to have your own vehicle: supermarkets, bars and shops are just a few km away.

A summer in the woods of the Bologna hills

We offer a part of our house for the summer: an open space studio of about 60 square meters, with independent entrance and covered outdoor space, 2 beds (it is possible to add a third cot). The house is located in the Bolognese hills, in a secluded place, very quiet and surrounded by greenery, about 20 minutes by car from the city. Ideal for those who want to stay close to the city, but want to spend the summer in a charming place, surrounded by nature.

THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

The location is great for reaching the many places of interest in the city. The apartment is very close to Riale station, so it is perfect for those who move by public transport. Just a 10-minute walk to Unipol Arena. The center of Bologna can be reached in a quarter of an hour, the fair in 20 minutes by car.

The guest is immersed in a muted, soothing atmosphere... nothing is left to chance... the eye is caught by a planisphere, a tribute to our mother earth.
