Waterfront holiday rentals in Caleta Horcon, Puchuncaví

Everything was fine with the hosts, a beautiful, comfortable place in a very good part of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, which wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very hastily and it just happened to coincide with the cleaning. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

Wonderful apartment with the most amazing 180• views of the colorful hills and sea. Very walkable area and easy to take the metro to Viña Del Mar. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Great stay, highly recommend.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

Everything was great, excellent view and location, accessible, etc... maybe the only thing missing: a TV with a streaming device, to be able to access my YouTube and Netflix accounts

The place: excellent location and wonderful view. I especially value that I have linen towels and bathing things like shampoo and soap, a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, availability of blankets and extra blankets. Loza, utensils and appliances, everything you need. It is as shown in the photographs. It is well decorated and cared for.

The house is beautiful! The location offers a spectacular view, everything in the house is impeccable and beautiful, from the decoration to the cleanliness. The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Nicolás is an attentive and caring host, who makes sure everything is in order so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest!

100% recommended, it is a very quiet and cozy place, it has all the amenities... everyone was very friendly and concerned that everything was fine, they gave us useful information and were always available. I would definitely go again

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

We are happy to have stayed in Sara's cabin, it has everything you need, it has very nice view and is very well located, Sara was very flexible with check-out, that is too good! We will definitely be back

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

It is a beautiful place to disconnect from the routine and take advantage of the connection with nature, local flora and fauna and with your loved ones. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful and affectionate community dogs, tranquility and harmony were breathed. It allows self realization when making the tinaja work and includes games for the kids. Totally recommended

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Charming apartment (it is in a high place), spacious, tidy, comfortable, with an excellent view of the sea. Mobility is good and if you like to walk you can go to shopping centers and the beach. Recommended

Depto. very rich and very good view and location; communication with Katherine very fast and everything is clear. That we would have liked that there was a bath carpet to get out of the shower, outside of that, everything was very good! We would stay again

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
