A shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided. A small terrace with mosaic bistro tables and chairs, and a lounge area. A garden relaxation area, private jacuzzi, and lagoon-style swimming pool (approximately 8x4 m + beach area / south-facing / open from May to September) are shared with guests of the studio apartment, which is also available for rent. Electric gate, independent entrance to the apartment. The house is located 1.3 km from the village center.
