Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Fully furnished with modern amenities as full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, kitchenette, table for 2, queen bed, add full mattress available for 2 additional guest, mini split, outdoor seating, campfire, trails, lake, fishing, lake beach and farm animals. 1883 is great to relax, enjoy the animals, fish, paddle board, bike ride, fire pit night and even cook a nice steak! A cute little house in the country. Come enjoy a few peaceful days with a gorgeous view of the sunset while watching the cattle graze in the field. Also enjoy the porch swing. The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out. We are 17 miles from Lexington, 17 miles from Elgin, 23 miles from Taylor, and 45 miles from Austin. Come see us!

With nature at its finest you can watch deer, squirrels, all kinds of birds and maybe a few other species if you keep a look out. Can you imagine seeing these animals and/or a lake view sunset with a glass of wine while sitting in the hot tub. Neighbors are hidden by the woods and you can take short walks with trails, hills and creeks.
