The place is fabulous, very clean, safe, quiet, and with a perfect structure, parking, giant pool, sauna, and ice machine. the full AP, equipped kitchen, beach chairs and sunshine available and the marmosets have always come good morning. Of what we were not used to comparing to other airbnb are, paying the part for energy and bedding. In the most we had a good stay, very clean and revitalized beach.

We were very welcome the apt was impeccable in storage and cleaning, the place is very close to the beach in addition to all the comfort items that Fernanda provides us. Fernanda is an excellent host!

Host very receptive, good communication. Beautiful, cozy place! Well-equipped Apto has pretty much everything we need. New seafront condominium, nice pool, beach in front of good for bathing! Unica provisa that I have it is with such committee of the condominiums that settles in the area near the barbecue and lives in a panel apart. They are the owners of the space and even the amount of ice to be removed in the machine is controlled. Besides that, I only have to thank Leandro for the excellent receptivity!

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! The property is very spacious, extremely clean and well maintained, in addition to being located in the Paraíso dos Corais Condominium, which is simply amazing, with a structure on the sand and great security. great stay, the Libyan served us with great affection from the first contacts to the checkout, the condominium I already knew. but the Libyan apartment is top , very clean the air conditioners and the refrigerators as everything in the description working perfectly.

Residence compatible with the price paid, has what is necessary for a comfortable stay. Excellent condominium structure. The only negative point is the issue of not having a parking space for visitors, a house that receives up to 8 people sometimes comes in more than 2 cars, and there is no space nearby to park another car.

We were in 3 couples spend the Easter holiday. The house is exactly like in the pictures, with an amazing and tasteful decoration. We hired Damiana's cooking service that made delicious dishes, as well as breakfast, always with a smile on their face and worried about pleasing. Her service was a differential, as it made our stay even more enjoyable. Fernanda was flexible with our schedules, always responded quickly and very kind. Already we want to return to this paradise by the beach of Itacimirim.

The apartment was clean, organized and exactly as described. The convenience of being a few steps from the sea makes it much easier for those with children. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, one detail - the extra mattress needs to be a little better, it was very thin. It met our expectations as a place to rest. The beach in front is beautiful, without much movement. Good, clean pool with a shallower part for young children. A tip, hire Cris to cook and organize the apartment, as we stayed 6 days, having her helping us made it a lot easier.

Second time staying at Paulo and Juliana's apartment. It is ideal for those who have small children and want convenience and practicality.

It was a short but very nice stay! The beach is just in front of the apartment. The only downside I would say is that the elevators don't work, floor 9… and the parking is in another building. But they are problems that can be solved ❤️

Our trip was as a couple and we had an excellent experience. The convenience of being on a very private, quiet beach with a lot of peace. Everything happened as described and detailed by Mr. Natalicio, who proved extremely committed and always interested in whether we needed anything or if everything was going well. From the outset, he has been willing to help us, including with arrival, due to poor flight time. It went beyond expectations with its support, attention and concern for every detail. The location fully matched what was advertised. The amount of towels, linens (extras), everything clean and organized. We were surprised by items such as board games, books, rackets, planks, chairs, shade, etc. The house is well equipped, with all appliances in perfect condition for everyday use. The condominium is excellent: organized, clean and with many leisure options, as described. The beach in front is execelent and has a more reserved climate, which was great for our experience. The only point to consider is the air conditioning, which makes a little more noise than normal
