Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Located 15 km from Bordeaux, Saint Caprais is a small country village in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards. The house for rent as well as our house are located on a large, enclosed and wooded lot. The house is completely independent of ours. A parking space will be reserved for you. The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Located in our property of more than one hectare on the banks of the Garonne, our guest house, independent, 48 m2, surrounded by trees, facing the pool, offers you calm, charm and serenity. It is pleasant in all seasons. You will be only 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux and close to many tourist and sports sites and of course the great vineyards. Arcachon Bay and Dune du Pyla are 45 minutes away.

This house is located in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and the traffic routes. Several guests told us that the place is a very good base to visit the area. The rented house (where our children used to live) was completely renovated in 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
