The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The owners were very concerned about the stay… everything went well! The area is in the south center of the beach, very quiet and with good places to shop and eat.

Amazing apartment! Fully equipped and ready to make your family feel right at home! Loved my stay here and I am definitely coming back to my new home at the beach! Eduardo is an amazing host as well, which makes the stay very smooth!

Simply spectacular! The apartment is extremely comfortable, with a modern design and full of technological features that make the stay even more special. The view... is spectacular — much more impressive than in the photos! Every detail of the apartment was carefully thought out. The quality of the items available really made a difference: impeccable linens, extremely comfortable beds and everything very well chosen, providing even more coziness to our stay. We have a large family, and everyone was very well accommodated, with plenty of space and comfort. The hosts, Cristian and Fran, were impeccable: attentive, polite and always available to help with whatever was needed. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. The whole family felt at home, surrounded by an atmosphere of peace, comfort and positive energy. We thank you and wish you very much success. See you soon.

Lindo Apto according to the photos everything very organized and clean!

We had a wonderful experience in this oceanfront duplex in Itapema. The apartment is impeccable in every way every detail reveals very good taste, sophistication and care for guests' comfort. The panoramic view of the beach and the sunrise spectacle each morning provided an indescribable sense of peace and freedom. The whole family was enchanted by the cozy and exquisite atmosphere. It was a memorable stay, and without a doubt, we intend to return soon if God willing. We thank you for your hospitality and for providing us such special days!

The house is very good, the bed linen was fragrant, everything was very clean and organized. Iolanda welcomed us very well, she was very proactive and Lolla is a sweetheart!!!

Very beautiful, well located house and especially the view of the beach and a spectacular dawn. Communication was quick and quiet. Although we were in the middle of 05/2025, we had hot days, with lots of sunshine and pleasant nights. Even in a low season, the city offers a great structure of markets, restaurants, commerce and services in general. We'll be back for sure.

The place is incredible, we had a wonderful weekend, where we were able to rest and relax with the nature present, the place is great for those who like to have their peace, we will definitely return, I recommend it.

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

The space is very cozy and connected to nature, a very good location especially for those who will enjoy the nights in the Green Valley (it does not catch traffic because it is against flow), Mrs Vanilza was very attentive and always provided all the necessary support for our people. We had a good stay on site, and I recommend the stay.

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We love the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

Simply incredible, it surpassed any expectation, everything very clean and organized, host always available and responding with agility, everything working perfectly, value corresponding to what is offered, all wonderful 🫶🏼
