Finding the apartment and check in was easy and as instructed. The apartment was clean, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Fawad had the wifi scan code on the fridge only had to contact to get the password because I needed wifi for the laptop. He was very responsive. All in all great stay.

My mother and I loved staying at this little gem. It covered all our needs, was very clean and decorated beautifully. My mother loved all the art. It didn’t feel like a basement suite with the large windows at the front. Check in was super easy and Alexa is quick to reply with any questions. The location was perfect and central to both Kitchener and Waterloo. Lovely area to take morning walks. The washer and dryer were great to have when my mother spilled her entire coffee on her white pants and we both found the beds very comfortable. Thank you Alexa for the lovely stay. We will be back.

My family and I stayed for a week in their beautiful home and it was a perfect stay 😊Wonderful hosts that go above and beyond, very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. Area is peaceful and the home is beautiful and super comfortable. Place was clean, space was liveable, beds were comfy, rooms were well lit with adjustable lighting, and even though it's a basement unit, you can't tell because the sound proofing was was top tier - you can't hear footsteps from upstairs or any noise. Overall awesome stay, it's a steal for the price for sure! I would definitely book with them again, highly recommended 😊💯🤩

Just beautiful. Reading reviews prior to booking, all of the comments come true. Next to trains, sure! Barely heard them. Neighborhood was quiet. Not pretty on the outside? It’s not bad at all. Lovely little side street, super quiet. The skylights make the bedroom super bright but doesn’t wake you up at 5/6 am and at night you can lie in bed and see the stars. Something surprising the other reviews didn’t mention was the bay window with a huge carpeted base and soft fluffy cushions. My favourite thing about here. I was so mad I didn’t bring a book.! The art which has been mentioned is super cool too. We met the parents who were lovely and Logan himself was always quick with an answer to any questions. One thing to mention, no microwave…by no means a big issue but just in case you’re a reheater it’s stove and toaster oven. Laundry inside a bonus too! We loved it to the point of asking if he would consider renting! I would definitely book here again in a heartbeat . Thank you Logan ❤️

The cute little hideaway was a perfect fit for us. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. The unit was clean, tidy and well kept as were the beautiful surroundings. Had a wonderful stay here! The space was immaculately clean, has everything you need for a even a long term stay and was very spacious. Was actually better than described in the listing imo 😬 Beth was very helpful and friendly thought the booking and the stay, always responsive, and made the entire check-in and stay completely hassle-free. I highly recommend this and have already booked again for my next work trip!

Sandra's place was as described. Charming, very clean, comfortable located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Sandra was very quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommended for one person or a couple.

We stayed here for a few nights. Jessica was a great host and was quick to reply to any and all questions we had! She was super accommodating with our later check out as well. The place is a basement unit but it doesn’t feel that way with all the windows available.

Charming apartment with a comfortable bed, cozy living room, and a lovely patio. And the coffee in the cafe downstairs is excellent. We stayed on a Friday night, and the farmer's market set-up (right across the street) gets going around 2 A.M. on Saturday morning. So it was a little noisy--but we still found this a lovely place to stay.

This was a great spot! I drove up from NS and got in very late and the host was super accommodating and I was able to find the place and get in with clear instructions after midnight in the dark! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. My daughter and new grandson came for a sleepover and after letting the host know and offering to pay for an extra person, she was super sweet and told me to enjoy my visit with my new grandson, no extra charge! It’s a very central location in Kitchener if you know the area and is a quick drive to the highway.

I recently stayed at this amazing place, and I can't recommend it enough! The bathroom was an absolute highlight, featuring a beautiful en suite design with a shower that was simply divine. The shower had two different levels of water pressure, allowing for a customizable and relaxing experience. Plus, there were so many towels and hand towels provided—I was truly impressed by the attention to detail. The place was well-stocked with cleaning products and the kitchen was equipped with all the cutlery you could possibly need. But the real showstopper was the fridge! It was like a secret fridge, cleverly designed to blend into the wall, and it popped out in the coolest way. You really have to rent this place to understand what I’m talking about. The entire space had an open-concept layout that was both spacious and beautifully designed. They even provided games and other amenities, making it incredibly accommodating.

This home was the perfect place for me to stay during a recent conference at WLU! The building is about 1 block away from the school and is a short walking distance to dozens of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, etc. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were friendly and very quick and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

Had a great almost 2 month stay at the apartment. It was tastefully furnished and we enjoyed our stay. The views in the apartment are also amazing. The host, Rajbeer was very responsive, answered my many questions and catered to our requests for additional items such as a blender. Would definitely recommend to others.

Such a Gem! Highly Recommend! Just got back from spending the weekend here and honestly… wow. This place was exactly what I needed, so cozy, super clean, and with such a peaceful vibe. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it nice, and it shows in all the little details. It’s perfect whether you’re looking to relax, reset, or just enjoy a quiet escape. The area is calm but still close enough to everything you might need. I slept like a baby and woke up feeling so refreshed. The host was also super kind and responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Definitely planning to come back. If you’re thinking about booking… just do it. You won’t regret it!

This Airbnb is located in the heart of Kitchener-Waterloo, and is only a 10 to 15 minutes drive to all parts of the city. My wife and I enjoyed our first stay here so much that we reserved this stay (9 nights this time), and have been delighted with this stay as well. Kudos to Suki and Rajbeer for being so easy to deal with.

The host introduced us to the amenities in the building and was proactive in helping us book those. Although we didn't get a change to try them, it was very nice of them to offer that. Overall the experience at this apartment was pleasant.

My husband and I come to Ontario often to visit family but wanted to have our own space this time. Building is new, clean and plenty of space to hangout/things to do. We would definitely return to Greg's place! One of my favorite things was laying in bed and using the projector to watch shows before bed. There are great restaurants within walking distance or a short commute. I would definitely recommend booking with Greg!
