Great place to stay, excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

A great apartment overlooking the river and when the sun shone it was great to open the living room doors open to admire the view. Walkable to St Neots (approx 25mins) along the river. Off road parking for 2 vehicles and close to the A1

Karen and Michel are excellent hosts and very friendly. They greeted us the day we arrived and had several kitchen staples ready for us upon arrival. If we ever needed anything during our stay they provided it immediately. The condo was immaculate and very conveniently located, just a few steps to the bus stop (easy access to St. Ives and Cambridge). Plenty of room for my wife and I during our one-month stay. Fenstanton is a wonderful little village with a butcher shop, convenience store, The Little Piggy restaurant and The Duchess pub. We highly recommend The Old King Bill if you need accommodations near the St. Ives area.

Lovely clean apartment thoughtfully decorated and fitted out above the historic and charming Blue Ball Inn. A modern bathroom attached to each of the 2 sizeable bedrooms, fab views across the peaceful rural countryside, friendly staff in the pub which had a convivial atmosphere and terrific food. Five stars all round.

This is one really good Airbnb! In a quiet, small development, the place had everything you might need, with great attention to every detail. Like the USB charging adapters at the bedside, a dusk/dawn nightlight in the hallway, and plenty of useful shelves and lamps. The bedroom had a double bed, surprisingly comfortable, with individual duvets, and a decent wardrobe. A hallstand for coats and bags, and a fine bathroom with modern electric shower beside. It has a well-appointed kitchen/sitting area, with comfortable couch seating. The entire apartment was pristine clean, so nice to see. Parking (private) was literally outside the door, really handy! And, it had many facilities not often included, like washing machine, microwave, lotsstay of storage space, and a hairdryer, and a nice patio seating area outside. A bonus was the decent walk to the old city along the banks of the River Cam, with views of row boats, and nice meadow parks on the way! Can't go wrong here - enjoy your stay!

Julie always responded to any questions within 30 minutes. She was approachable, welcoming and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay in Julie's apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless, well-stocked with everything I needed, and in a fantastic, walkable location. Perfect for exploring the area and Cambridge on foot. The Heathrow airport express bus is 1 block away along the parkside - very handy! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you Adam.

As this was my first ever Airbnb, I didn't know what to expect. My experience of B and B places ( and owners) caused a preference to stay in hotels where an acceptable minimum standard could be taken for granted. However, my stay at The Little Thatch was a very pleasant experience, being on the edge of the village on a small quiet road, surrounded by open countryside. My stay was enhanced by the security and comfort provided by this small flat, particularly the very comfortable mattress provided in the upstairs bedroom which lulled me into a deep sleep. The attentive hosts, Beatrice Louisa and Rob were really helpful and certainly proactive in ensuring that I didn't experience any problems during my stay.

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in Cambridge! The location is perfect — very central, close to the train station and within walking distance to shops and supermarkets, which made everything so convenient, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a five-star hotel with the warmth of home. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered. What made our stay even more special were the hosts, Angeline and Gor. They were extremely kind, friendly, empathetic, helpful, and professional. We felt genuinely cared for. They always responded quickly and were ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm and thoughtful approach made us feel completely at home — even with a young child, we were totally at ease. It’s rare to find such a beautiful home and such wonderful hosts. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cambridge.♥️

It was the first time that we had stayed in an Air bnb so we weren't sure what to expect. Really struck gold with this booking...flat was excellent, location was great for us (we had a wedding so the venue was walkable!) As described in the details though the comfort of the bed AND the balcony were really surprising extras. Parking is very difficult in Cambridge so having an allotted parking space was great....thanks again Simon and look forward to staying again.

Had a great stay at this apartment in Cambridge. The location is perfect - new building close to the station. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was super responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, just ten minutes from train station, cathedral and town centre. Cathedral is beautiful definitely worth a visit. Flat had everything you needed 😊. Would highly recommend Indian restaurant - Indian Edge just a 5 minute walk away. Thank you Mirela

David and Leslie are the kindest and most welcoming of hosts. They made me feel at home immediately, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very willing to accommodate my requests, and it was lovely to enjoy their hospitality in the garden. Their generosity was evident in the LWH - ensuring there were things for breakfast and a drink (even ice cold water in the fridge) to lovely cosmetics in the bathroom. And the LWH was spotless, beautifully kitted out and the bed was very, very comfortable. I had everything I needed for my short stay, and if I had needed something, I was reassured that all I should do was to ask. The LWH is a great place to stay to explore this part of Essex and is highly recommended. Thank you David and Leslie for all that you did to make my stay a memorable one.

This was our first stay at the Hayloft, although we know Clare well, and I’m sure we’ll be back. Lovely private space and clever design - we particularly appreciated the spacious shower (and nice toiletries) and the excellent natural ventilation on a 30+ degree day/night. Ali was super-responsive and so friendly. Very kind touches like fresh juice and breakfast hamper - even wine. Thank you for a brilliant short visit.

Iris’ place was a fabulous base for our stay. We have friends in Hitchin and they commented on what a nice area it was and how immaculate the flat was. Iris was incredibly responsive - we had to wait only minutes at most for responses if we hit a glitch. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a base that’s a little out of the chaos of London, with green fields for a break, you should consider Iris’ place.

Well looked after accommodation, had everything we needed for a short break. Off street parking is available. Good communication from the host throughout our booking and stay at the accommodation .

Mandy's place was perfect for us. We were visiting Cambridge for a few days with my 1 year old and we had everything we needed. It was a great location for visiting Ely too.

A wonderful base for a few days for a small group of us attending a wedding at nearby Wrest Park. Lovely open plan living and dining area, huge rooms and bathrooms. Better than the photos suggest! We really appreciated the little extra touches which made the place feel like home.

Ann was superb. When my plans changed, she was very understanding and quickly issued a refund.

A luxurious flat - like a five star hotel. A real gem. Had the best night sleep in super comfortable bed with soft bedlinen and fluffy pillows. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. well equipped kitchen. Living room is spacious with large screen TV and cozy sofa area. The place was so peaceful that I could open balcony doors and enjoy the good weather. Hitchin a great weekend getaway from London. Short walk from Hitchin station to flat. Short walk to beautiful Hitchin with bars, restaurants and shops. Sima was great host and very responsive. highly recommend staying at her beautiful place.

Great stay lovely quiet location and room, Edita was lovely, nice touch to have breakfast cereal, coffee milk and bread. We had an early flight from Stanstead so was a perfect location to get to the airport, nice bars and restaurants within walking distance great start to our holiday, definitely recommend, we will be back.

This is a beautiful little cottage in the heart of a working race yard. Very tastefully decorated and in great condition. Excellent bathroom, extrement comfy, extra large bed and luxurious bed linen. Our host left essentials in the bathroom, fresh milk in the fridge and was on hand to hell with anything we needed. It's a short walk into Newmarket town and the racecourses are a short drive away. Thoroughly recommend and would stay again if available next time we visit.
