There are a private swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and a private parking place. The house has two air conditioners.One in the living room, the other in the hall on the second floor.

Guests have the option to bring their own bed linens (-20 Euros). Towels can be rented: 1 set (hand, bath, and beach towels) costs €15/person/stay. The 30% discount for monthly rent is valid from 01.10 to 31.05.
