Situated in the centre of the quaint village of Chevrieres next to the impressive old Catholic Church, this off-street location provides an ideal base for exploring the surrounding towns of Chantilly, Senlis and Compiègne. A local grocery store and award-winning bakery are less than 50 metres from the house (+ pharmacy + bank)

Parking for 2 cars on the property. 40 min train ride from Gare du Nord, "Rieux – Angicourt" stop. The house is a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, hiking and mountain biking. We live in the second independent house at the back of the property.

Less than a minute's walk from the train station and the forest, you can do everything without a car: reach the castle, the Grandes Écuries, the racecourse, restaurants, the cinema, the market... and even the first pub, which is less than three minutes away.

The lodge of the trough was built in an old barn/stable built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its trough, its beams of the forest of Retz and its cut stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel. The lodging of the trough was designed and arranged to allow everyone to feel like a second « home ». Calm, aesthetics, attention to detail... ideal for a beautiful experience.
