Rick’s place was a great getaway for our family. It’s nice to enjoy the amenities margaritaville has while not staying in a hotel room. This house was spacious for our 7 guest and had an amazing large window view of the lake. Easy access. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer a plus for a one week stay. Will visit again. We picked this location due its proximity of the amphitheater. Unfortunately our concert was canceled due to weather but Mindy was super responsive and helpful to find alternative activities. Proactively communicated and the house was exactly as listed. Super easy and clear check out instructions. Highly recommend this host and location for a peaceful lake visit.

The cabin was amazing and had plenty for my 4 children under the age of 10 to do. The cabin is beautiful and unique with the breezeway and additions. The dock was great, we spent all day on the dock and in the River. It was very nice to have a refrigerator and trash can on the dock and the Lilly pad was a hit with the kids. I highly recommend this cabin to other families. Ryan was also very kind and responsive. Thanks again Ryan for letting us enjoy your cabin!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Nina and Doug’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that Nina and Doug have put a lot of thought and care into creating a relaxing and inviting environment. They were also fantastic hosts and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This house is on a quiet cove that allows for unplugging and relaxing! Even our dog enjoyed the stay! The kitchen is stocked with cooking needs. The dock had added amenities such as noodles, life vests, paddle boards and a ladder. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway… This is a great place to stay!

Great location to hide away for the weekend and get on the water. Walkable distance to Shady Gators which is always a fun place to go experience. Be prepared as there is not a lot of supplies provided and we almost ran out of toilet paper wand paper towels. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay

This was a beautiful place inside and out. my family had a great time. There was so much to do on the property we never really had to leave for our few days. Really hope to come back to there house.

Awesome place!!! Such a nice house and at such a great price. So well decorated, plenty of materials should you forget something such as makeup wipes and anything you could need to cook! Really awesome would love to visit again thank you!

Felt right at home, very family friendly. My son had a blast swimming, fishing, and exploring the property with their sons. Great place to stay when you want to get off the beaten path in a very peaceful environment.

This was a great place to stay! Everything was just how it was described and Christopher was very helpful in anything we needed as there were a couple of things that come up but he made sure that didn’t ruin our stay! Definitely would stay again great host and location!

The condo is really nice with a beautiful view of the water. Love that it’s on the top floor with high ceilings and very quiet.

We had a great stay; the apartment was clean, it was stocked with everything we needed, and it was easy to find/access.

Enjoyed every second Neibor’s were friendly, communication with the host was great answered all my questions. Great views lots to do around the area!

Wonderful getaway with a beautiful view of the water. My girlfriend and I were able to enjoy the local attractions and come home at the end of the day to a place that is clean and comfortable.
