Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

Perfect place to stay while on temporary work assignment. Had previously stayed in hotel rooms but this was such a treat and felt just like home. Super comfortable and safe location. Easy commute to work was a big plus! Host was very easy to communicate with and response time was super quick! Would love to stay here again if and when I return to the area.

First off this place was absolutely amazing! Decor I loved , very comfy beds ! Very clean ! I want to apologize for not reading the Manuel ahead time (please read very important instructions needed to get into your space !! but Roderick was helpful and very prompt and assisted me with getting in ! I really appreciated his response, he was very respectful and I will definitely stay here again but longer , so I can enjoy the condo !!

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

100% recommend the place is beautiful, it’s so convenient the pool right in front of the condo and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Everything so clean and she provides all the necessities as included, every little detail and the smallest thing you would forget to take she has it!🤩 definitely this will be the place I would stay everytime I go from now on.

Very Nice and clean! Great views! Huge bonus: beach gear and wagon! Fully stocked kitchen, great wi-fi, washer and dryer. Comfy furniture. Condo has nice amenities - gym and movie theatre where you pick the movie. We were a little surprised no windows in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom - simply the way the layout of the condo. Perfect location and added bonus great views for the SpaceX launch too. We have added to our list to stay here again when in South Padre.

We had the best time during our stay here at South Padre! The home was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We have two young special needs daughters and it was safe and perfect for them to feel right at home. The place had everything we needed and more. I had a fantastic stay at this condo in South Padre Island, Texas. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made check-in and any questions super easy. The location was perfect, and everything felt just as described. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SPI, and I’d happily stay here again!

The condo is beautiful with a very well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal for quickly and easily getting to the beach and going to the Waterpark. We were also able to watch the SpaceX launch from the balcony and the living room. Would definitely try to get this place again if we come back to SPI.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here. From the moment I booked, communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful—check-in was smooth with clear instructions. The space was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—comfortable bed, cozy living area, and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The amenities were excellent: the kitchen was well-equipped (perfect for breakfast and coffee), fast Wi‑Fi, and plenty of fresh towels. The location couldn’t be better—quiet, safe, and close to local shops/restaurants, yet easy to access downtown. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Brena’s place was great for our group! The only thing we weren’t aware of was that the third bedroom was actually a loft, so it’s only a two bedroom house. Other than that, everything was great!

This stay was awesome! Inside the home was very clean and accommodating from the master bedroom and bath, to the full sized dinner table. The huge outdoor porch overlooking the water with comfy furniture to relax and enjoy the views. The location is also great to experience the island as well as port Isabel. The hosts are super friendly and responsive, friendly neighbors too! Thank you for allowing us to stay!! We really enjoyed your home!

the pool on the water with the golf course across the way was so peaceful to sit out there and there's like a shaded overhang on the house with a Chase lounges are. very beautiful area. and g a g i and his wife d a n i where super nice. they greeted me and showed me around and were very helpful when I had questions. beautiful home. with absolutely everything you need. you never have to leave if you don't want to. HEB delivers groceries! the pool is beautiful

Highly recommend! Lilliana and Diego were attentive and accommodating from the beginning. They responded to all messages and questions quickly with either a phone call or message. Beds are SO comfortable, we slept great and were close to our family we were visiting. The gated community helped us feel safe. Excellent all the way around!

First time staying in Laguna Vista and loved this place. The community is very friendly and quiet. Lots of birds and occasionally a coyote or two singing at night. House was spacious for 2 couples to use. Appliances and heating/Air conditioning both worked well. Internet is fiber and the wifi had good speeds throughout the visit while I worked remotely. Single car garage was big enough to put my double cab truck (normal bed) inside with no issues. Lots of extras such as a gas grill w/propane, beach chairs and gear available for use. In house washer and dryer was a fantastic item to have. Screened Back Patio has views of the Golf course and made the perfect setting for a cocktail and the sunset at the end of the work day. Would definitely rent again if I am in the area. Thank you!

Very cozy home, a little bit small but super comfortable. The place is a great location for an afternight get together. Is very quiet area and not a lot of traffic at all. Would stay again if I go back again.
