The apartment is as shown in the photos: comfortable, clean and with everything you need for a good stay. The location is convenient and the host was very attentive and decisive.

This is the second time we stay in this beautiful condo. Cristina is so professional and responsive. We love staying in this location, near the beach, cafes, restaurants and the ocean front. It’s a great building and it even includes the spacious roof parking for your car. We had a great time

A nice apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people who want to be close to everything that Mar del Plata offers. Juan was always in communication with me and it was very easy to get there. The apartment is well equipped, with a good mattress (comfortable), a work area and Smart TV. The location is the best: there are many things around, including restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket a block away and, of course, the beach. I'd come back here without a second thought!

What can I say about Adriana? First time using Airbnb and I had a very pleasant experience. She was an excellent host, predisposed and very kind. The apartment is excellent, unbeatable location, good taste, cozy, warm, super comfortable beds, unbeatable cleanliness. The apartment area is ideal, super safe, steps from the beach and the waterfront. The incredible views, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. I can't wait to enjoy a few days in this place again 💗🫶🏻

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The bedding and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

A really recommended house! Everything impeccable and very complete. From toilet paper in the bathrooms, to kitchen with all the accessories you imagine. Very comfortable and pleasant truth. The house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we need, but quiet enough to rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was amazing, it was really fully equipped, it had everything, from all the kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, mate, to use the grill, etc., to extra blankets, board games. I was really surprised by that detail! It is even much more beautiful than what you can see in the photos, with a spectacular view and light, very comfortable, modern and with beaches nearby. It really was an incredible vacation and we hope to return because we were delighted! -The only detail would be that the internet connection was not very good and there were problems using the TV or working if you depend on that, to take into account but broadly a minor detail for the experience, Bianca was super attentive, friendly and with clear instructions for check-in. Very nice apartment facing the coast, all light and window and wide ocean views. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from the center and on the Av Camet that is very busy.

The apartment with an excellent location and the dreamed views. It was what I wanted, to be in front of the sea. Close to Alem and big beach. Nearby amenities in the area. It's such you see in the photos. I would definitely stay at this place again. Loli is a genius always available to my needs. impeccable attention.

The apartment is just like the photos. An extremely warm and comfortable place. It has everything you need in the kitchen, even coffee and tea! I think it's a plus. There was no hair dryer, I told Maria and they brought it to me! Excellent. I just want to clarify that there is no stove in the room and since it is opposite, the bathroom is a bit cold compared to the living room!

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
