124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Per gli amanti del trekking, delle escursioni in Mountain bike e dell'enduro, ma anche per chi ama visitare luoghi densi di storia. A un passo da Bobbio, Grazzano Visconti e da riserve naturali stupende. Ma per perdersi nella natura basta uscire dalla porta di casa. Alloggio bikers friendly, mettiamo a disposizione ricovero al chiuso per i mezzi e piccola ciclofficina per riparazioni dell'ultimo minuto.

The apartment consists of a bright living area with an open kitchen and dining table, sofa bed (for two people) and television, a double bedroom with television as well and a large bathroom with rain shower, toilet and washing machine.
