Everything in the photos was exactly the same. It was clean and tidy. You can reach the batum in 35 minutes. It has a central location. Mr. Alper was a caring and good host. Kitchen utensils were thought out to meet your every need. It had air conditioning and a stove related to the heating. One of the rare places I would recommend.

The price is a bit high, but the quality of the villa is worth it; it was a remarkable experience. The breakfast is wonderful and complete. It deserves more than 5 stars."

Isaac was responsive and helped with the bags and cooperated but the dwelling is rather small and covered and the location is too high for senior housing or those with health problems

It's new place with furniture modern and new furniture. The breakfast prepared by Mr. Sezai wife is very delicious. He is honest, supportive and always smiling. Really appreciate his kindness and hospitality. For family visiting the area for the first time I recommend them to contact mr. Sezai before going to the place so he will accompany them to the top of the mountain as it will take around 20 minutes from the city to the place. Also, take all your stuff from the supermarket/fruits/ foods before going to the bungalow. Enjoy the area , weather and the beauty breakfast. Br, Hadi

I had an amazing stay at Mr. Okan’s homestay. Mr. Okan is a genuinely kind and hospitable person, always responsive and quick to answer any questions. The view from the place is absolutely breathtaking and makes the journey to the hilltop completely worthwhile. If you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in Ayder Yaylası, I highly recommend Mr. Okan’s homestay. It’s truly a gem!

An excellent option for large families and groups. In addition to many bedrooms, it has a kitchen with many useful materials. We found everything we were looking for. Very clean and spacious house.
