Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

(🎶 We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Pagiye Urla - Historic stone house with private garden.

Our stone house in the center of Urla is a place where the Urla countryside life has been experienced for more than 100 years. The house, which is an example of Urla's stone architecture inside and out, has a private garden and a large balcony. A bright stone house that receives light all over. The entire house, including in the garden, is for the guest's exclusive use during their stay.

Unique bungalow in an calm soothing ORGANIC orange and lemon garden. In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series and relax in heated jacuzzi. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.

Villa Senar is a cosy sea front holiday home set on the beautiful Kas peninsula with sea views that are simply stunning. Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.

this recently renovated traditional Cappadocian house has three cave rooms with ensuite bathrooms opening to the patio, it has floor heating and great views over the valley and the old town, it's five minutes walk away from Balkan valley which is considered as one of the most beautiful valleys of Cappadocia.

“İkiodabiravlu” Entire stone house with sea views

Our house, “iki oda bir avlu”, is situated in the beautiful, fishing village of Babakale, on the shores of the Aegean Sea. This historic village dates back to the 14th Century, and is famous for its castle, the last one built during the Ottoman Empire.
