Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

The adjacent yard is spacious and serene, shaded with trees, surrounded by flowering plants and singing birds. All essentials provided; queen bed, kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle; 40" TV, DVD player, Netflix, WiFi; central A/C and a room fan; parking in a driveway; long term possible.

The cozy space has a huge deck with daybed, outdoor bathroom/shower, and kitchenette. This cozy one-bedroom suite has its own private entrance and offers a quiet, comfortable stay. Inside you’ll find a king-size bed, seating area with TV, and a refreshment nook with fridge, microwave, Keurig, and sink. A full-size washer and dryer are included for your convenience. The remodeled bathroom features dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and large closet. Set back from the street, the suite also offers outdoor seating and a peaceful yard with birds and bunnies.
