Swimming pool (7x4m), spa (2/4 p. with bubbles), summer kitchen (plancha), dining/living area, ping-pong table, trampoline, children's area (cabin, ...) and bowling alley available (self-service). Parking: reserved and secure Swimming pool: April to October (with safety features) Spa: Available year-round (from November to March, please request 24 hours before arrival)

Stylish and charming with a lush Mediterranean garden and jewel like pool, the apartment is in a picturesque village with historic buildings going back to the 11th century. The market town of Pezenas is a 12 min drive, and the port town of Meze is a 15 min drive. There is much to explore in the area, beaches, vineyards, stunning scenery, ancient towns and the city of Montpellier 40 min drive away. There are 5 airports 40 -70 mins drive. There is a tennis court in the village - free to use.

Spacious, luminous, air conditioned, the building also offers a magnificent roof terrace (garden furniture). Two double bedrooms (one double bed and two twin beds), two en suite bathrooms equipped with a shower (one of them has also a vintage bathtub), three separate toiltes and a fully eqquipped kitchen.
