Charming cottage of approx. 50 m2 in the attic, 1st floor of an outbuilding (on the right in the overall photo), 1,700 m2 plot where the very discreet owners live. Only cottage on site. Swimming pool (7x4m), spa (2/4 p. with bubbles), summer kitchen (plancha), dining/living area, ping-pong table, trampoline, children's area (cabin, ...) and bowling alley available (self-service). Parking: reserved and secure Swimming pool: April to October (with safety features) Spa: Available year-round (from November to March, please request 24 hours before arrival)

Stylish and charming with a lush Mediterranean garden and jewel like pool, the apartment is in a picturesque village with historic buildings going back to the 11th century. The market town of Pezenas is a 12 min drive, and the port town of Meze is a 15 min drive. There is much to explore in the area, beaches, vineyards, stunning scenery, ancient towns and the city of Montpellier 40 min drive away. There are 5 airports 40 -70 mins drive. There is a tennis court in the village - free to use.

Simply de luxe. Stunning historical building fully restored and adapted for a gite for 4 but can also serve as a small meeting room thanks to a built in screen and a projector. Spacious, luminous, air conditioned, the building also offers a magnificent roof terrace (garden furniture). Two double bedrooms (one double bed and two twin beds), two en suite bathrooms equipped with a shower (one of them has also a vintage bathtub), three separate toiltes and a fully eqquipped kitchen.
