The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. The fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. This stylish and well-designed apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom in which is the double bed (1.40x2.00) with bedding and full bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen amenities with dishwasher, fridge, Italian coffee machine, air conditioner, iron, bathroom equipped with towels, dryer and gel, as well as TV and Wifi (fiber 600 mb) whose operation is detailed once the reservation is made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made.
