It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. It is a flat with all exterior rooms and lots of light. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Both bedrooms are double and have fitted wardrobes. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen, thus generating an incredible feeling of spaciousness and light, and has a large and comfortable double sofa bed that allows for a more flexible distribution in the use of beds by the occupants.

This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
