Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Campanillas

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

We had a lovely stay in Eduardo’s cottage - splendid views from the roof terrace with the pool right next to it, if you get too hot. The cottage was nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. For us the secluded location was perfect. Follow Eduardo‘s description, and ignore Google navigation. (Google constantly led us the wrong way). Don’t be put off by the road to the cottage. Yes it’s narrow and a little steep, but nothing a little careful driving can’t fix. And the result is worth it!

We verbleven ruim een week in de prachtige casita van Danielle en Michel. Zij hebben deze casita eigenhandig gebouwd en met veel zorg en aandacht ingericht. We voelden ons direct thuis. Hartelijke ontvangst en ook tussendoor goed bereikbaar bij vragen of tips. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal! In de schaduw van de druivenranken uitkijkend over het dal, werkelijk prachtig. De accommodatie is goed te bereiken, het laatste deel van de toegangsweg vraagt wel enige behendigheid; hiervoor hebben we vooraf van Danielle duidelijke instructies ontvangen. We raden deze locatie absoluut aan en komen graag nog eens terug!

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit dort und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Dort morgens zu frühstücken oder abends zu essen war Urlaub pur. Ein neuer kleiner Pool bringt die nötige Abkühlung. Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig und mit vielen individuellen Kunstobjekten ausgestattet. Ein besonderer Ort wo man die Kreativität von Timsam spüren kann. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Timsam war sehr freundlich und zügig. Für uns war es die beste Location auf Airbnb die wir bisher hatten. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Vi havde den mest fantastiske uge i denne skønne bolig. Huset er smukt beliggende i bjergene, det er smagfuldt indrettet og der manglede intet. Vi nød den lækre pool, udendørsområderne, fitness udstyret og udsigten. Det er det skønneste sted og vi drømmer os allerede tilbage.

We loved our stay at Belen’s place! It was quite tranquility only a few short miles up the hill from Malaga. The patio with vista views overlooking the mountainous ridges down towards the Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking and a great place to enjoy breakfast and coffee as the sun rises each morning. The place was clean and well equipped. Belen went out of her way to make us feel comfortable when we arrived and provided local recommendations. There are some beautiful hikes/walks moments from the doorstep. Overall a wonderful experience!

Beautiful property in the hills with stunning views over the town below and out to sea. We only wish we could have stayed longer to really relax into the space. Would love to return. Highly recommend

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

El alojamiento cumplía todas las expectativas esperadas, a pie de playa. Ignacio super atento, nos estaba esperando cuando llegamos. Todo muy nuevo y súper cuidado. Además, los huéspedes que venían el día que salimos del apartamento iban a llegar más tarde de lo previsto y gracias a eso nos dejó salir más tarde. En resumen, un 10 en todo.

This is a great apartment in close proximity to many cafes, restaurants, bars, and main attractions. It is clean, spacious, bright and airy. Air conditioning keeps the entire apartment very cool. Lots of towels and beach towels there. Beds are very comfy. No noise at night. Juan left recommendations for many places which was very useful. He responds to questions very quickly and is very helpful and nice. The parking spot was very convenient as we rented a car for a night to go down to coast. We also rented electric bikes overnight which is a great way to get around and could lock them up safely in the garage. For our older teens going out at night it was perfect as it is only approximately a 10 minute walk to get home and it feels very safe. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic cosy home. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is brilliant, very close to the beach and has lots of great bars and restaurants and a big local food market. It is easy to get to the Old Town using buses or metro or walking. Pedro is a great host. He was very quick to respond and was always helpful. This is the place to stay if you want to experience local Malaga life.

An absolutely beautiful studio. More than enough space due to the excellent design to utilise every bit of space. Better than we’d expected.. and definitely would return. Gracias

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di BenalBeach, un grosso complesso di appartamenti , fornito di parcheggio e piscine private. La mia recensione e' esclusiva dell'alloggio di Matt. Ho trovato l'appartamento pulito, luminoso , ben tenuto, arredato con gusto e molto piacevole. Matt e' un Host molto premuroso e risponde in pochissimi minuti ad ogni richiesta. ho usato l'appartamento prevalentemente come base per visitare l'Andalusia, quindi il mio soggiorno era quasi sempre nelle ore serali. Ringrazio Matt per l'ottima comunicazione, e precisione nel descrivere l'appartamento che si e' dimostrato esattamente come da foto pubblicate. Emanuele

L’appartement d’Alfonso est top 👍 Très bien situé pour nous qui voulions être au cœur de la fête ! Logement très clean, bien équipe, et une vue vraiment sympa ! Le soleil est présent sur la terrasse jusqu’au coucher du soleil. A deux pas des meilleurs restos et des commerces en tous genres. Surprise en arrivant, le logement possède deux salles de bains et deux wc, ainsi que des serviettes en nombres suffisants. Nous reviendrons chez Alfonso c’est sur, et le plus rapidement possible !

Tout simplement excellent. Je fréquente régulièrement Torremolinos, depuis maintenant 41 ans et cet appartement est l’endroit où je me suis senti le mieux depuis toutes ces années, j’y étais comme à la maison. Mélanie, très professionnelle déborde de gentillesse et reste disponible en permanence. Bref, c’est l’endroit à conseiller.

This was our 2nd visit as we loved the villa the first time. Andrew & Karolina are so helpful and always available. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. Helena who does check in is not only flexible, we asked her to do a little shop for us as we were arriving late. You couldn’t ask for a nicer villa and more fantastic hosts. We will definitely go again.

Ik was samen met mijn vrouw en 4 kinderen naar een woning met veel prive en een leuke zwembad voor de kinderen. Dat is gelukt! De woning is erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, iedere ruimte heeft een airco en met 4 badkamers, 4 slaapkamers 2 twee keukens heb je genoeg ruimte. Wat voor ons minder praktisch was is dat de twee woningen afzonderlijk te betreden zijn (eigen ingangen). Verder heeft de woning een adembenemende tuin met zwembad, je kan hier makkelijk de hele dag vertoeven en hangen in de hangmat. Als kers op de taart is er ook nog de jacuzzi die echt heel goed werkt. Erick komt elke twee dagen langs om de tuin te onderhouden en het zwembad schoon te maken, bijzonder persoon en goeie gesprekken mee gehad! Al met al een hele mooie ervaring voor ons en we zullen zeker terugkomen!! Wij kijken er nu al naar uit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rafael’s. It was so peaceful and relaxing it was honestly the best part of our Spain trip. We felt like we were home, it had everything we needed and was so comfortable. It was close to other towns, if you wanted to get out and explore. We also really enjoyed the pool. We would ABSOLUTELY come back! Rafael was great at responded anytime we had questions or needed suggestions. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

The Villa was so lovely! Photos don’t do it justice. We spent a week with 6 of us staying and we had so much room. The pool was so nice and the view was fabulous. The area was so serene and the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo was only an 8 minute drive. There were so many shops and restaurants in town and we highly recommend Venta los Condes (ask for a table on the upstairs terrace for a great view!). Eva and her team were so warm & welcoming and Eva was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa!!

Estancia fantástica, al igual que el año anterior. Alojamiento perfectamente descrito, pero una vez allí, todavía mejor. Tranquilidad, necesario coche y anfitrión pendiente, tanto en la llegada como en la salida. Deseando volver el año que viene, recomendable 100%.

It’s been a fantastic family vacation, and the place delivered on all that was promised. A wonderfully decorated property, sleek yet stylish with a cozy ambient and enormous feel good factor. The house itself is super chill as Casa Calma should be;)…. the garden and pool are lovely add ons making it a perfect spot for a family get away. Dirk has been very helpful and responsive and his restaurant recommendations are spot on, we have had some amazing diners, from posh beach clubs to a cozy restaurant in the mountains, each place unique and worth a small drive. Overall a very satisfying stay that was enjoyed by the whole family. Till next time ;)
