Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath Cape Cod on quiet, culdesac! Private & fully fenced in back yard w/ deck. Master BR w/ vaulted ceilings & en suite bath on the 2nd level. Kitchen updates include new appliances , lighting, granite & backsplash. Office space w/ futon can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Dining room has sitting for 6. Easy access to 275 & 20 min. to downtown Cinci. Due to past experiences, we now only accept reservations from guests who have previous Airbnb stays w/ positive host reviews.
