We had an extremely great stay and experience at Nicholas’s AirBNB. There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back one day. Everything was just as described and very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. This was honestly the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Worth the money paid.

I had stayed here once before as a guest, so when I needed to travel to Cinci again it was an obvious choice. I received detailed instructions before checking in - so the only reason I couldn't leave a review on responsiveness was because all questions I could have had were answered ahead of time! The place is clean and spacious, and the area is quiet with a lot of street parking (we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house most of the time, but having the garage parking was helpful as well). I didn't take advantage of the nearby amenities, but Top Golf was within walking distance and I believe some restaurants and shops were as well - I can confirm though that there were plenty of delivery options :) Overall it was another great stay and I highly recommend it!

This place is a great spot, everything is clean, and the pool was awesome!

this place was as beautiful as the pictures. the house was well stocked with all the basics to get you through the week. You will find you just need your suitcase and whatever food for your stay. Ken the host was fantastic and was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place. Oh and the pool and hot tub was fantastic

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

We rented Ben’s house for family that traveled to Cincinnati to celebrate our son’s wedding. The house was very nice. The rooms were nice and clean and I loved how bright and airy the home felt throughout. The pool was the favorite. Everyone enjoyed daily swims. I didn’t personally stay at the house as it was for family. But I did visit and found it to be a beautiful updated home.

Absolutely perfect! What a gem! (And what a deal!) We needed to be close to a convention center for a week. Lisa's home was the perfect retreat from our busy/loud days. The house was clean and had more than enough space inside. The shower was GREAT! It was also nice to control the temperature on "our side" of the house with our own thermostat. Outside was such a bonus. We could sit outside and read or play games and swimming laps/relaxing on a raft was SO nice. Her neighborhood is so quiet. Traveling as a lady with a child, I felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable. The pictures and description are completely accurate. Lisa and her doggies (so friendly) greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were settled. If we saw her in passing, she was very kind and friendly. We enjoyed the conversation and it was very nice to see those pups! :-) If we are traveling to the area again, I will look to book Lisa's place first!

This place was very nice luxurious living. Very clean host communicated vey fast. Not one issue slept like I was home. Quiet neighborhood….. worth every dime

I can’t say enough good things about this home. It is not only impeccably clean, but thoughtfully and artistically decorated. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials and then some! We appreciated the plentiful dishes and glassware, and were especially impressed by the high quality plastic ware for the kids. There were even bowls for the dogs! The stocked coffee bar was an extra treat. Our bed was comfortable and I didn’t hear any complaints from the others. We were grateful for the abundance of towels as that seems to be lacking in a lot of rentals. Sarah and Paul really put in the effort to make this place feel like home for their guests. The little things like easy access usb ports in the bedrooms and living room were noticed and appreciated. The location is really central to everything - less than 10 minutes to the zoo, OTR, the museum center. We had an absolutely lovely stay and would easily stay here again.

This is a wonderfully charming house. The interior is welcoming and restful. The kitchen is a pure delight. The decor is quirky and full of textures. It is beautifully situated. Many restaurants in walking distance and the river a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a week (for my oldest son’s 18th birthday and graduation trip) and had a fabulous time! The building itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious. The renovations are perfection. The coffee is top notch. The town around it is charming and vibrant with lots of street art and some super cute restaurants and houses. Easy to find, parking, quick drive into Cincy - we all highly recommend!

It was a very nice home.We enjoyed inside and outside. The steps were stepper that I thought. My sisters and I made it work 4 youngest up 4 older down ages from 64-82 Thank you

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. It’s a great setup for multiple people. The home is well maintained and nicely renovated and has a charming historic feel to it which I loved. The third level is like a converted attic space which has 2 beds and a full bath and is really spacious. I would just caution the steps are really steep and carpeted and I slipped down the steps and really hurt myself. So if you aren’t good with steps overall make note of this. The AC wasn’t working when we got there and something was broken they had someone out there to address it within the hour and no problems from then on. I liked the speed of response. The location is right off of a Main Street with lots of restaurants, a grocery store and everything you would immediately need to make your stay comfortable. With in a 10 min drive you can get to downtown Cincinnati. We visited the Creation Museum (30 mins) and the Ark Encounter (45 mins). If you love pizza try Fessler’s. Would recommend this home

Stayed here with my women’s softball team. Everyone complimented how comfortable all the beds are, and how much they loved the house. We would stay here again when back in town. Jordan was an awesome host, and gave clear instructions on what he needed from us.

One small issue answered in 10 minutes. Very communicative thoughout our stay. My 100 year old mom, loved the place, as did we all! Matt was a super host!

This was a perfect retreat. The home is surrounded by natural beauty, overlooking a lake. My kids enjoying fishing, kayaking, and swimming.

The rental was exactly as described and photos were accurate. Bradley was quick to respond, friendly, and proactive. Dayton was a halfway location to meet up with family. Bradley’s rental was the perfect home for our weekend together. Enough space for everyone to have a bedroom and areas for games plus movies. We cooked, grilled, and enjoyed the local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.

We had a great stay! The house was in a great location, super close to everything and very clean! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was great to have a space where everyone could have their own comfy bed. We all could fit around the dining room table and there was plenty of space to hang out in the living room as well. The house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchens were well stocked, and it was nice having too ovens although they cooked a bit unevenly. There are a lot of stairs to get to all the areas of the house, so you will definitely get your exercise. Charlotte was responsive and promptly fixed a leaky shower. This house is great for a big group that is looking for a large space to share and have fun in.

I highly recommend Ken’s Airbnb for your stay!! Very comfortable stay with gorgeous views! Home was clean and spacious. Had everything needed. Very close to restaurants, coffee shop, pizza shop and things to do in Mt. Adams. Ken was great to communicate with!

Rachael was very flexible let us check in early, helped me to get an extra day as we needed to be in that evening. one minor problem that was corrected the next day as it was too late to get it fixed that night. The place made you feel right at home and everyone was very helpful.
