We loved staying at this place for our family lake trip this summer. The access to the ramp to put our boat in the water was so easy and having our own private covered boat dock at the house was great. The walk to the dock was very easy with minimal stairs. Having keys instead of just using the keypad was a little difficult at times with hands full with kids and boat stuff, but it was fairly easy unlocking and locking up each day. Overall, we would love to stay here again and appreciate the space and everything it had to offer!

Anyone wanting to ride royal blue will find this house an excellent choice. The house is very well maintained, clean and has extras like a gas grill and a nice fire pit to relax by in the evenings after a fun day of riding. Very convenient to get to the trails and Stephen has always provide excellent care of us. We have stayed at his home twice now and never have we had any issues Sleeps 12 with no issues Highly recommend

This place is my idea of paradise on the lake! close to nearby towns, but far enough out to be peaceful! what an amazing place they have! the well equipped outdoor kitchen & sitting area is what I would love for my kitchen! beds were comfy! The dock is well equipped with seats lounges, kayaks, paddleboat, canoe. in my opinion you won't be sorry booking this! I will definitely be back!!

This place was just perfect for the family. We come to Tennessee every April to enjoy the trails at Windrock. Very cozy, welcoming, and clean. Would stay here again.

If you are looking for a romantic get away in the smoky mountains that feels like you are staying in a cottage in the woods, Mary’s Cottage is perfect! Not only is the cottage immensely cozy and charming, it is surrounded by gorgeous scenery. The pictures listed are accurate, but at the same time pale in comparison to seeing it in person. The host, Jessica, is tremendously welcoming and friendly. I appreciate her for anticipating our needs and reaching out to us with helpful instructions, instead of waiting to see if there were any issues. It’s evident, by the wonderfully executed personal touches, that she has poured her heart and soul into making sure this cottage feels like a home away from home. Mary’s cottage is the ideal destination for romantic getaways, newly weds, or even a family vacation.

“The Creek” was beautiful. We brought our sxs and there were many options for places to ride near by. The house was clean and just as described. We were able to relax in the peace and quiet while still getting out, riding, doing what we love. Hope to come back with our kids next time!

When we arrived the place was just as described. Clean, peaceful, great yard. Issues with the internet and we notifed them and they were quick to respond and they quickly moved us to another house next door. This house was also beautiful and clean. They recommended the local restaurant at the end of the road and B&B market is definitely somewhere you want to eat!! Food was delicious! Both houses were very well maintained. James and Megan were wonderful to deal with, very nice and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying with them and will stay again next time we come to ride. Numerous riding trails within a few miles. Not very far from town. The 2 houses we stayed in were at the end of the road with lots of room to park 2 extended cab trucks with trailers. If your wanting to ride at Tackett Creek or Royal Blue, you need to check these places out. Offthetracks 2 and 3 are both well worth the stay!!! Highly recommend!!! And if you have a big group, these 2 are right next door!

I would definitely book with them again. This was our first air bnb experience and they were wonderful and very responsive. The cabin was very clean and stocked with very well. Definitely worth the money. They are wonderful host.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living areas. The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, with no traffic or chaos to disturb us. The kids loved splashing around in the indoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin was also well-stocked with all the essentials, so we didn't have to bring a thing. And Thomas, the owner, was incredibly helpful and informative, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful place with plenty of room for ten people to stay. Very helpful host and comes with plenty to do. Located perfectly for visiting the surrounding cities. Place was very clean and simplistic. Super easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a family trip. This house is extremely clean and well maintained. In a quiet secluded neighborhood but not far at all from the attractions. Plenty for the kids to do in the house when you need some down time from the attractions. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend her. There was 3 in our party but the house would accommodate more comfortably. Also, checkout was a breeze. The host only asks you to do a few things that are just general rules of being a good guest anywhere. I would boom again and recommend you do too.

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

Stay was great! When we arrived Josh met us to assist with any information needed. Its in a good area with plenty of yard and a great deck to enjoy. Just a few short minutes away from the marina. Nice place and good people.

We had a great vacation. The house was clean and exactly as pictures. we had one issue that was handled promptly and taken care of quickly. Highly recommend any locations being Rented by Tom! Very quick to respond and professional.

Overall everyone who stayed was very happy with the place. We had 12 people total including kids and so it was tight but everyone had a place to sleep. We had to bring a blowup mattress but that was only for preference. Again, overall it was comfortable and quaint. The creek is beautiful and we spent a lot of time outside. The driveway fit 4 large trucks/SUV's and 4 trailers with room to spare. The driveway is a slightly steep but we were able to take a left out of the drive with all 4 20 foot trailers. Definitely a comfortable place for riding the trails. The hosts were very responsive when asked a question about the house.

Great place to get away and unwind. Close to Norris Lake and Cove Lake State Park. Very peaceful and quiet. Stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Look forward to going back on my next vacation.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful lake front home! Very spacious and clean. It was nice to have the dock for our boat and fishing. We were able to bring our miniature schnauzer but you would never know that other pets had been there, super clean! The house and kitchen were stocked with an abundance of dishes, pots/pans, spices, and things like ziplock bags, aluminum foil, and general cooking supplies. Which was super helpful! The hot tub and decks provided a relaxing experience. The community was quiet and beautiful and our kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

Stayed here one night with my husband, our 3-year-old son, and our dog. It was everything we needed for a quick stop through. Clean house, comfortable beds, quiet area, and coffee included! We would stay again.
